  • The birthday cake latte at Home Coffee Roasters in San Francisco's Chinatown -- with rainbow art and sprinkles -- is almost too beautiful to sip ... almost. Ryan Yamamoto reports. (9-9-22)

I wouldn't consider them a small business because they have three locations around the city. Their coffee is very good. It's not just about the latte art. In fact I haven't actually ever purchased a drink from them that is like the one shown in the video. Their specialty drinks are worth getting. They have one called Cookie Monster that is very delicious. The Red Velvet is also fantastic.

That’s all they want. Just give in.

Ugghhhh... if its not free poured than it's not latte art - all you are doing is letting someones drink die on the counter while you poke and prod it with a stick

The Cafe they have on Clement Street I would definitely not consider to be a hipster spot. I've only ever seen locals go there. Old people, young people, whoever. It is smart that they have one drink that is appealing to hipster influencers. Just another way to drum up more business. Not a bad idea in this economy.
