Did you change your graphics settings in some way or did the game undergo another polish? A lot of the colours seem darker, and units like the lancer and brute seem to be easier to distinguish. Lighting in general feels darker.
I was thinking.... 6 hornets and that drop is toast, ranged ground can never kill those dudes, need to invest into scourges which takes more power out of ground push. they're double efficient
yeah you've gotta get tier 2 + they're pretty darn expensive on the therium, so they're definitely great but it's hard to afford them before 3 bases are up and pumping
It's funny to see players try to play Vanguard as Terran. Full bio, barely any support units, and they get shredded in the process because Infernals use everything they've available. I'm glad~
Hope they won't Items in war 3 was a total pain due to the rng of the drop. When u had some game decided by which items you drop on your hero that felt really bad. Plus that was adding an other layout of balance not needed
Not really since it was rng based. Plus that wasn't really new player friendly. Needing to learn what was the loot table of each map and which camp to rush...
@@Wibdrac like I said they could make it set spawns like for instance: get the weapon drop from resource creep camp, armor from the health camp, boots from the speed camp, utility item from the vision camp. And each level of camp drops a different level of item. Every thing set in stone. Or there can be shops like wc3 and dota where the items are set and you simply need to buy them like you would upgrade a regular unit.
i know i am just another player crying about infernal but those vanguard catapult pushes are certainly not balanced. very interested to see how they work with the changes to creep in the next build.
@@FarnhamIII Yep very early in development, but Frost Giant somehow only has enough cash to get to EA. I would give this game a 10% chance of finishing and a 1% chance of being supported for more than 3 years.

Honestly, they need to have alternate versions of the camp mobs based on these original placeholders spawn in on a 0.1% chance in matches.
Aww... thought this was gonna be the elusive 3v3 team mode that was gonna be the second pillar mode in Stormgate.
They've announced their schedule and 3v3 doesn't come out until after early access.
Looks like hornets will be essential against infernals to prevent those deadly drops.

Why don't vanguards get medics earlier? They seem so late compared to other times I've seen them out. Are they deep into the tech tree?

gonna get buffed like terran too, if you refuse to fix your bad habits, it'll just get buffed until it's not a problem

@@Wibdrac just make the drops set like in arena shooters. Items allowed you to customize your hero's build which was another layer of depth.

Idk PiG, Parting always prioritizes gaunt speed, so there might be something to it.

There were no team games in the poor pleb version of the beta, i almost only play team games at masters level and it was a major L having only 1v1.
