Canadian here. Yes we are mad we didn't get new kits, but given Nike's approach to kits this time around, we dodged a bullet. Also the black 3rd kit is fire, how dare you give it an F, it's at least a C. But yeah, the home and away are definitely Fs.
See… like some countries do with their kits, I think our kits are oozing with symbolism for the World Cup and not getting new ones was the plan all along. It was done to honour and remember our past by symbolizing the frustration Canadian fans have dealt with after decades of heartbreak, gross incompetence, and embarrassment. All of this culminating in the catharsis we’ll experience once we finally play and it all feels real… must be that.
Sarcasm aside, respectfully disagree about our black kit but I know it’s a little divisive for us hahaha. It’s a plain, black kit with no distinctive features and no better than a D- but gets an F from me because since when did black become a prominent Canadian colour.
I see that NIKI card on your door! Man of taste
"A shirt can be used to convey something truly meaningful of the team ot represents"
The message: 18:07
France’s home kit looks really cool on the pitch because it’s the france flag
15:57 To be honest that was my childhood movie, and yes I can confirm as somebody who watched Rio in my childhood that shirt gives that vibe.
maxwell listening to niki proves he's the goat
Ecuadorian here.
I'm so glad we just stayed with Marathon because holy shit what have Nike and Adidas been smoking this time around.
*Nike and Puma* you mean. Adidas did good. Marathon did a good job.
The only one I strongly disagreed with was the Croatian shirts. They looked good.
A skit for the intro? We’re being spoiled today boys.
Hey Maqwell you should do a full length documentary about the genius behind pumas away shirt design concepts and all the hidden messages. I think it would be good for your mental health.
All of the adidas kits go crazy, the lowest i would give any of them is B-
Portugal's kits (and playstyle) give me extreme violent tendencies, so yeah the world cup will be fun 😀👍
Sure man
Just stop Nike and Puma and give more to Kappa and Macron, I can't bear them anymore
funny to tell us brazilians to look away from the Germany 2014 away kit, when that fucker is based on the Home kit of the club with the biggest fanbase in the country (Flamengo) and we have to see that shit EVERY FUCKING DAY
It is a good day when Maxwell uploads
Cameroon is in a kit manufacture war between le coq (hehe) and oneallsports
adidas stop making the blue alternative argentina shirt because its cursed, thats why in 2018 was black and purple now.
The mexican away one gave me 1998 flashbacks
Dude didn't seriously call Tomorowland "an EDM festival in Belgium"
It's the biggest festival in the world
Two videos back to back! You’ve spoiled us Maxwell
9:25 "just Nike being Nike" hahaha 🤣
nah Belgium's kit is fire, LITERALLY.
The Tunisian shirts are always bangers in each world cup
2:35 "looks really clean" that's sarcasm right? the away shirt looks like it has literaly been thrown into the dirt! clean is the complete opposite of what that shirt looks like!
The last South Korean kit reminds me of the RB Leipzig kit from last year, good stuff
