Also, most serial killers are not that smart. Alot of serial killers have below average intelligence. The only reason why the vast majority have high body counts is because they come from a time period where the public and law alike were not informed about the psychology of criminality and how to taxonomize it based on certain factors.

As I retraced the addresses of his killing spree, he once killed a couple blocks from my dad's work as he worked the grave yard shift and he also killed another victim about 8 miles from my house. When I first came across an episode of the downgraded "Maury" show, where had had switched over to a more Jerry Springer-like format, I was like "WHAT!?!? When did THIS happen???".
