I pray for Richard every day because I'm deeply afraid he's in hell. The things he did were wrong, yes. But he never had a chance. I pray the people he hurt will forgive Richard in the afterlife and I pray that God please have mercy and bestow however little grace is possible upon Richard for he never had a real chance. All the cards were stacked against him from the start and as he even said himself, he simply stopped caring about his life and didn't care what happened to him.
I know people will say Richard doesn't deserve mercy or grace or love, but with God's grace all things are possible and I have to believe that redemption in some way, shape or form is possible for Richard. It would hurt me more than words can say if Richard was abandoned in the hereafter same as he was abandoned in this life. When I think about that concept, my heart actually starts to hurt from the sadness of the thought.
Yes, Richard is dead and he'll never know I even exist. Me, Eva, a young girl living in a small room in the middle of nowhere. But I don't want anything back. I just want God to know that Richard has importance to me as a fellow human and that he did have worth but that his worth was snatched away by evil people for decades before even his first crime. To please consider all the facts and I know that God is a lot more merciful than words can say, because God isn't restricted like a human. God is God. God is best. God is the most exalted and most just. He'll consider all the details of Richards's life and not only weigh his worst moments against him. God is merciful and God will help Richard. I have to believe that.
