@@Alvarox9Walks Thank you for your remarks. I have been following Miami's growth for some time now. And it amazes me how fast and far it has come. Wynwood is the art capital of Florida. Miami is making sure that it builds the housing infrastructure affordable for up-and-coming artist. It is why you see giant murals of art on some of their buildings and store fronts. It is a sight to behold. I am glad the city of Miami is doing this. It will only get better from here...
