- Checking out Miami's new Julia & Henry's food hall experience at the historic Walgreens building from 1936. The venue has dozens of food options across three floors. There's also a basement with a speakeasy lounge open on Fridays and Saturdays, as well as a rooftop restaurant opening early 2024. Does the place live up to the hype?

Your not just paying for the food. The Owners pay for light, water bill, pay employees, pay the monthly lease and pay Themselves to take care of the family at home. I kinda understand the dynamics of it. It also about the location experience you get when you’re there. Peace and love❤ . Be blessed

Great concept but I heard it’s a tourist trap. If you read the reviews online there are many people saying that the food is mediocre at best and the prices are ridiculous.
Will give it another shot soon to try more options! But yeah prices were steep.

I was there a couple weeks ago. It was very busy and the food was good. But the pricing could have been better. I think I spent close to $60 for three items (Burger, Fries and a dessert). Im going to go back and try some of the different food.
$60 for 2 chicken sandwiches. $20 for 2 tacos with cheese. Only like 8 tables on the first floor. Heard the a/c is broken. Lol who would actually eat there
that is what happens when you combine inflation from the bad economy in addition to this hall being very new. new stuff is expensive.

Dirty floors. Paint chipping off the railing. Dirt on the stairs. I see no future for this endeavor unless they clean up their act. The toilet bar is not original and not funny and brings down the ambiance. For what is offered the prices are outrageous.

The food hall in delray beach also is converting from food hall to having two major tenants on the 1st floor

It was terrible … very narrow hallways … you ven feel people breathing on top of your food .. by the restrooms the smell of shit is so bad nd right next to where some of these venders have the food … is like bacteria flying all round s you eat
If yall can't afford the food then go to McDonald's... if you want to go somewhere nice downtown then its an option just simple as that!

It’s pronounce Ehpoca. With the accent on the E. Just some constructive criticism, if you are going to a food hall, learn what foods are served at each place before making the video.
The point of the video was to capture my raw reaction as it was my first time visiting…
Expect this place closed in the next few years or less. This place is an absolute ghosttown throughout the weekdays, and the weekend foot traffic isn't sufficient or sustainable in the long run. Decent concept, but will not be around for long.
