IDEA FOR EPISODE... or maybe just a reply here: Do you think it would be useful to do an episode for a SMALL-small-business, e.g. a company that is 1-3 people bring in in $100,000-$200,000/year. - There's no money for dedicated marketing staff, and not a lot to spend on marketing. But marketing must be done. - There is no need for higher-end functions, e.g. to get AI to write code. What can a company like that do? What tools can they use? Thanks.
We started assembling people around loader cranes since 2017 and we built a group consisting of operators working with our various configurations of truck mounted cranes which are very passionate about their work. We run into crossroads and trying to evaluate the best path to monetise our community as it’s started to take a lot more than just few hours a week. I would really love some insight from experienced community builders to evaluate our options.

Can you make some video on how to chose a niche? I mean, I understand that you should chose something that you are passionate and interested about, and are willing to put in the work and learn as much as i can about that "niche". But, i feel a little bit lost & confused about picking a niche and i think i overthink it, any advice would be helpful
