dont bother trying these methods out, if your files have a little x next to them they have been corrupted. You should redownload them from a different source, they’ll work after that.
My error details box reads "it is not possible to determine if this file can fit on a disc because WMP cannot detect the length of the file. Playing the file before burning might enable the player to detect the file length". Under the MP3 s that can't be burned I noticed the file length is 0:00 & I can't scroll through to different parts of the song on WMP. If anyone knows a hack to this problem I would greatly appreciate it

Guys if you are still having an error, what you can do is download AnyBurn and select the "Burn Audio CD from mp3/m4a/flac/ape/wav..." This burned the CD for me flawlessly. I think that Windows Media Player just struggles sometimes.

I found that having VBR mp3s was the cause for me. I used an mp3 tag program (tag&rename) to determine which files were VBR and removed them -- worked right away.
Hey I've tried step 1 and 2 but it doesn't help? It seems to only give me issues with one set of 2 cd's in my library that other cd's seem to burn fine?
