Fun rummage sale! I love Mackenzie Childs stuff too! I just went to a NJ rummage sale in NJ this weekend in Basking Ridge. Inspired by your travels across the Delaware! It was pretty good…not as much vintage but good stuff!
Funny you find it strange to pay by department … this is how jumble sales are usually organised in the UK. You don’t put anything in your bag until it’s paid for.
That was a little different. I've been to sales where you pay for the jewelry separately and also one where there was a separate boutique room. The prices in the boutique room were so reasonable - that was the place to start . I would assume the rest of the clothing was also reasonable.

Shit doesn't just fall, it can go FLYING. Cali girl wisdom. Hang a necklace from the ceiling, it'll swing in a quake. Oh and lg appliances walk. Good luck.
You give me anxiety with how you handle the china and other glasswear. So focused on grabbing up anything worth something that you don't seem to respect what you are handeling at all.

The serving set your friend got was complete with it’s spoon or fork and the one left behind was missing it’s cup.
