Yeah, like professionals would. Better toss that ugly flap of skin all over it into trash, you're not using it for anything. Except for cooking up yeast infections because women don't know how to wash up, and suggesting they might want to is a literal hate crime and mansplaining. I'm joking, of course I understand this angle at the topic is purely for the sake of hammering some crude empathy into these sociopaths. "It's the exact same!" might just about barely do the trick. Not holding my breath while soldiers are marching in heels to "show solidarity" when women think the AC is on too cold. It's kinda expected, a certain UNIFORMITY of the MALE body. Go ahead and use euphemism like "female body", and make half of your points "it's the same as men, so just look over there for an example, they don't mind". That's "professional" talk, and at the end you might get lollipop for having been brave enough to listen.

(Personally, I find it quite funny when the ladies make fun of the fact that men's brains are under-supplied because all the blood is needed elsewhere. It's no different with women. The feeling of heat in the loin area comes from the pent-up blood)
Morning erects are less noticeable in females, but are the feelings the same or more intense, since females have approx. ten times the nerve endings male have?
@@hankfaber3131 A difficult question to answer because there are hardly any people who have both glans and clitoris that one could ask if there is a difference. The fact is, however, that women often do not even notice that they are aroused. Personally, I'd bet that there are a lot, if not most, women who don't even realize it. This is all great, for pre-menopausal women. I’m a single male of 70, just as vital as I ever was (well nearly) and I prefer partners of my own age - its a life experience thing - I dont want a blonde bimbo but want depth and sharing and mutual understanding. Sex is very important to me - certainly the physical intimacy parts. But my experience of older women (Im not saying all older women) is that they arent really interested in physical relations. Now I know many ladies will comment and say this is bulls..t - but it seems pretty obvious to me - the hormones are far lower, reproduction is gone, extended families want their time, they have had a lifetime of being treated badly by men - why would they want that again ? Anyway @Rena - my point is that all the videos you make seem to be appropriate to women (and men) at an earlier stage of life - how about some in sex in the life of post-menopausal women - not just the mechanics for people in long term relationships but the why, the why would they want it AND the how, msybe for those left in limbo at an older age. I think younger women will call my words here bs - just as younger people say “age is just a number” - but it isnt, because older age introduces many new challenges - both motivations and physical matters are different. How about addressing some of physical, hormonal, emotional and psychological factors for intimate relationships at an older age as you do so well for young and middle-aged people. Life at age is not the same.

Great info. I am a senior, 71 as is my wife, and to many people we know have given up on sex. Some say to painful, but from listening to your message it certainly seems something could be done- if there was any motivation. We are working to keep the lust alive. I wish we could help others do the same . Thank you for all that you do. David
Usually, pain for the woman is a lack of natural lubricant so applying a water-based or silicon-based lube available is in some pharmacies or any sex shop. Silicon lasts a long time but can be messy, or harmful to condoms or sex toys unless designed for the silicon. It can make a BIG difference in enjoyment for the woman. Water base lube wears off sooner but is safe for toys and comes in many flavors. I am 73 and my partners are usually late 30s to mid-40s getting into the age range where natural lubrication is sometimes lacking. It is your and your wife's friend and only makes it better. Good luck!
@@stanspb763 True. (shame David does not have his notifications enabled.) Something he could try, is in this joke: Old guy at bar had many women come up to him. Another patron asked the bartender WHY. Bartender said he did not know, that the old guy justs sits there and licks his eyebrows.
Im 72 wife is 70 still going strong. Had a little glitch through menopause but when that was done so was the glitch. Im not saying we are teenagers but 1 or 2x a week I don't think is to bad
Even if these weren't all that new to me personally, I appreciate all the work you do! Edit: What about the roots of the clitoris, or naming the swelling from arousal? Just a thought ;)
@@darnitthelma4247 My point was that the arbitrary limitation to five facts means leaving out some things that might have been a nice addition, and I was wondering why those weren't included. Yeah, it's tightly packed with nerves as has been said here, but the clitoris is much more than just the head; the sensitive areas around the vaginal opening, underneath the labia, and around the anus could've all been included in this video. It's strange to me that the clitoris head retracting was mentioned, but not the swelling of the roots for example. But maybe it was better to leave those out and make another video to keep the video brief and not too information heavy. Perhaps a "5 facts about the clitoris you've never heard of" is in the works.
@@Mindseas Yes, I agree. Much more detail could have definitely been gone into in this video, but I believe this video was mostly just mentioning some of the very BASICS of female anatomy and a few of the things that EVERYONE SHOULD know about. You are talking here about the vestibular bulbs, or the bulbs of vestibule that run down either side of the vaginal opening, and of which can swell during foreplay to further increase pleasure, IF stroked properly and "worked up" slowly. (At least those are at least PART of what you are talking about here, I think.) There is SO MUCH MORE to know and learn about the female body and ALL of the MANY erogenous zones all over, of which are different and unique with every individual woman, so you just have to take the time to fully learn your woman (GF, wife, etc) in every way you can... At least if you actually care enough to be the very best lover possible to her... Some guys care, some don't.
Is the clitoral hood what they remove in those cultures that unfortunately practice female circumcisions? The procedure described in the video to separate things down there simply cuts that area without removing anything?
I think the whole world is greatly indebted to your videos as they are mosst informative and professional . I am from Iraq I am aregular viewer for your chanel and I like your clear and strong American Accnt It is really agreat enjoyment for me to watch your videos Thank you Rena Malik for being so.
I just love your videos and mentioned them to a urologist/urological surgeon who performed a T.U.R.P. on me last May, which was an absolute success. I was up and out of the hospital in 26 hours. No pain...no problems. Dr. Campbell knew about you and your fantastic and informative videos. He likes you, too, Dr. Malik.
I already knew about all of these things, but this is very good information to get out into the masses, not only to women, but especially to any guys who have girlfriends or wives! (And there's still SO MUCH MORE to know about the female body, but you have to learn it over many years, and on a continual basis throughout your life... At least if you're a guy who actually cares at all about knowing the best and most effective ways to thoroughly please your partner during intercourse!
I think your point that the clitoral hood is directly analogous to the foreskin is super important. If you wouldn't remove your daughter's clitoral hood, then you shouldn't remove your son's foreskin, and both are equally reprehensible when done to children (without medical need obviously).
@@usaman7358 That's good for you, but that doesn't make it right. I'm sure there's girls who are happy they're circumcised, and we all know that's wrong.
As a software engineer, I feel like God spent a lot more time on the "female reproductive system" module more than any other module, - it's got it's own garbage collector (self cleaning) - it can auto scales to increase the size as per the load, - it has superb connectivity to the brain. - it has various forms of security features. I mean damn!
Plz madam do vedio about microgen dx latest technology should it be used for diagnosis of hidden bacteria which cannot be diagnos through traditional test
Halfway my life and it seems finally so much more is researched and known about the female body. I knew a few of the facts - thanks to extensive searching and reading by myself - but not all the facts such 2 and 4. Today, coincidentally, I read about ovulation pain. Ever heard of it? I hadn't. It's also a monthly pain - usually just one day - and ranges in severity from person to person. It's pain caused by ...yes...ovulation. So many women suffer around the globe just because they are not informed, and we are half of the global population... My monthly pains due to ovulation etc are over, but at least now I know what it was. So I am so glad channels such as from Dr. Malik exist now. Especially for the younger women out there. Thank you for sharing dr. Malik! Take care!
Yep, knew all that. I started learning EVERYTHING I could about the female of the species when I was a young teenager, from womens magazines like Cosmofrigginpolitan, problem pages and saucey articles back in the mid 80s... I wanted to be ready for the real thing. Later on, I was surprised to find that there were some girls who seemed to know less about the functions of their body than I did!!😮 Doesn't make me MrLoverMan but it DID help. One thing I have noticed though, is that some women CAN get a bit "loose" down there, but there are some little, easy excercises any woman can do to tighten it back up again... Unfortunately there aren't any to make knobs bigger or thicker. Men can do things and avoid doing certain other things to ensure that theirs is still in good working order as they get older though... but everyone thinks "am young, it works fine, I won't ever have THAT problem"... or "I got loads of time to change my habits, I don't need to worry about that"... suddenly, you're much older and things start going not so well... Anyway, some pre-event knowledge is good, but really ALL thé "knowledge" in the World could be totally irrelevant, because like her vagina (😘), every woman is different, with lots of bits thé same but slightly different (?!!🤔) and what works well with one woman might not bé thé same for another, (blokes too)so you need to treat your Honey like hé or she is your first and take the time to discover each other properly and learn what hé or she likes. Just know your limits, always bé learning, treat each other good, communicate and enjoy. Right, i need to go and loose my virginity again now. Thanks for posting this vid,🙂, I love trying to learn more about girls (and their bits), cheers, X 💗
Thank You Doctor Malik. We as a population of people scattered across this planet need this and other types of information as ,if like me , we have mostly been guarded against this and other information. You should also take skins on into consideration when you're talkin about the skin coloration turns pink during orgasm. Darker skinned women don't turn pink. Asian women also sometimes have darker labias, vulvas, and Hyman.
It may not be much noticeable to your eye from a quick glance or at a distance, but from my own closer experience even the darkest skinned women have labia coloring changes, which blood causes or concentration of scroungy sex tissues when the tissues react more aroused. And it doesn't even match their rest of the body skin coloring, or mucous membranes as face own lips, nipples or eyelids folds (usually hidden by unnatural makeup) some very pale skinned may have darker petals and been surprised very darker ones have brighter or even pale labia. Same as face lips, very pale skinned with intense natural rouge lips and very dark African ladies with smiles of the most pale pink. Humans are like a vast field of planted flowers mixes That why I understood what the Doc meant by "pink" as in French when saying en rouge =more intense as in hotter, in texture, coloring, size and slippery when engorged/aroused

Doctor: Your videos are extremely enlightening and educating. After watching this video, I am wondering why these topics are not being made into the school's sexual health education curriculum ? If I had this knowledge when I am in elementary or middle school, my life's experience might have totally different. At least now I am able to experience the essence of this knowledge with your kind help. Thank you.
It's not taught in school because schools are government funded, which makes them susceptible to political fear mongering. And depending on what country you live in, government and politics are heavily influenced (if not flat out dictated) by the dominant religious community. Here in the US, that means public schools often have to cater to Christian dogma. And the last thing Christians want is for women to be able to make educated decisions about their own sexual well-being.
@@rdean150There's a concern that information will lead to promiscuity, STDs, causing infertility, etc. People who were promiscuous before marriage are 80 per cent likely to divorce. If one or both are virgins the divorce rate drops to between 2-6 per cent. Intact families result, children less traumatized.

I am 73 and my partners are usually late 30s to mid-40s getting into the age range where natural lubrication is sometimes lacking. It is your and your wife's friend and only makes it better. Good luck!

Something he could try, is in this joke: Old guy at bar had many women come up to him. Another patron asked the bartender WHY. Bartender said he did not know, that the old guy justs sits there and licks his eyebrows.
Good Luck, fella, don't give up, go and give your 71year old Mrs a good seeing to, now. Tell yer folks I ses Hi. ✊
I can see that your post is true and valid because it is signed at the bottom.
Im 72 wife is 70 still going strong. Had a little glitch through menopause but when that was done so was the glitch. Im not saying we are teenagers but 1 or 2x a week I don't think is to bad
Thank you for honest educational health
Thank you for the video. I didn't know a lot of that.
Your videos are so very clear, concise and helpful
Thank you 🙏
Even if these weren't all that new to me personally, I appreciate all the work you do!
Edit: What about the roots of the clitoris, or naming the swelling from arousal? Just a thought ;)
Clitoris “roots” are nerves
😊
The number of neurons in it was found under the microscope. How was the microscope mounted on top it? 🤔
(At least those are at least PART of what you are talking about here, I think.)
There is SO MUCH MORE to know and learn about the female body and ALL of the MANY erogenous zones all over, of which are different and unique with every individual woman, so you just have to take the time to fully learn your woman (GF, wife, etc) in every way you can... At least if you actually care enough to be the very best lover possible to her... Some guys care, some don't.
Her voice is very soothing, great for ASMR. Would definitely help me sleep
Is the clitoral hood what they remove in those cultures that unfortunately practice female circumcisions?
The procedure described in the video to separate things down there simply cuts that area without removing anything?
It's not done the same way in each culture. Some cultures remove parts of the labia, some remove the clit, and some remove both.
Malik.
Thank You, thank you , thank you. I am a man and this brings clarity, physical and mental health clarity. Thanks again.
I love your contents, always educative
Very educational.
A good refresher course. Its been decades since I've had contact with this.
Awesome facts 👍 wow
I love listening to Dr. Rena Malik.
I think your point that the clitoral hood is directly analogous to the foreskin is super important. If you wouldn't remove your daughter's clitoral hood, then you shouldn't remove your son's foreskin, and both are equally reprehensible when done to children (without medical need obviously).
I happened to see my friends "ant eater" one time and it made me happy I am circumcised.
@@usaman7358 That's good for you, but that doesn't make it right. I'm sure there's girls who are happy they're circumcised, and we all know that's wrong.
@@usaman7358 I see you're proud of your disfigurement and loss of pleasure inducing nerve endings.
@@joepro3562 is there no pleasure without a foreskin? How are circumcised men enjoying sex then?
Ya the anteaters are scary and gross. My wife hated them with prior partner
I always find your topics informative but you know you talk a bit too fast. I enjoy your personality in how uplifting you are.
As a software engineer, I feel like God spent a lot more time on the "female reproductive system" module more than any other module,
- it's got it's own garbage collector (self cleaning)
- it can auto scales to increase the size as per the load,
- it has superb connectivity to the brain.
Malik! Take care!
I stumbled across this video, and I have to say, if they are all like this...... wow, informative and very well presented.
Great video as always
Thank You Dr. Malik
Good to know Women's body from a professional perspective
Excellent video Doc. Blessings.
This is so informative.
It will make more women understand and be in tune with their own body.
Thank you for speaking openly about this content 😊👍
Perfect delivery!
Doctor to my mother.
Thank You Doctor Malik. We as a population of people scattered across this planet need this and other types of information as ,if like me , we have mostly been guarded against this and other information. I believe we need to remember that we are organic. I do not know all about other species ,and that is clearly the same for people.
Thank you I learnt something new. Greetings from Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬 🇵🇬 🇵🇬
Good video, The fact that every person (boy or girl) produce Smegma is a concept for everyone to know.
Circumcised men don’t get smegma.
@@richardjamesclemo6235 , I experienced both way, the smegma goes to underwear with circumcision before it accumulate under foreskin without circumcision.
Dr. Rena, you are beautiful and the information you are bringing here is very helpful. Thank you for (1) being knowledgeable and explaining it clearly (2) I did so enjoy it because each of us, all of us, is/are worth it!!! You are a nice Helper!!!!!
You should also take skins on into consideration when you're talkin about the skin coloration turns pink during orgasm. Darker skinned women don't turn pink.
Asian women also sometimes have darker labias, vulvas, and Hyman.
i said the same thing. thank you for your comment.
Yes you are correct, my apologies for not including that information.
Humans are like a vast field of planted flowers mixes
That why I understood what the Doc meant by "pink" as in French when saying en rouge =more intense as in hotter, in texture, coloring, size and slippery when engorged/aroused

This was one of the best videos I have seen recently for 5 important things to know about the female genital area. Thank you so much.
Amazing. It increases in size. Width and length.. learned something new
Thanks for your explanation
I am 75 (male) and I've learned so much from you ,thanks doc !!!!
That has to be sad. All the info has been available forever. Why you did not learn it??
Still the best-ever, young lady -- I hope you never tire of delivering it . . All the best!
They're not taught in schools because conservatives don't trust teachers. They think they're all part of some "groomer agenda" and all that nonsense
Very informative thanks
That's amazing ! Right after you pronounced the word "foreskin" you were discussing about adhesions, infections... problems like it was a common occurence, and medical procedures.... Are you trying to justify any "alterations" (I'd rather say : "mutilations") in both males and females ?
Many thanks for real good information
