Great video, Bob. We’ve all wrestled with our “demons” in our lives. It truly is amazing how reaching out to someone can make a big difference. Whether it be addiction, or in my case depression, just hearing someone can have a positive impact.
Congrats on 11 years! That is amazing achivement!! I'm happy to see this series come back again. Addiction is something I've always struggled with and still do. Spendng money is a bad one for me and I kind of had it under control somewhat but after a medicial emercency this past Summer which lead me into a deep depression and wow now it's gotten out of control and kind of scary actually. I beat it before and I can beat it again and I know I can get to that place again. You gave me a idea though about you sayng how you had your bank block you from being able to use your card. I'm wondering if I could have my Bank do that to me with certain places. I never thought about having my bank doing that before and I think it needs to happen at this point. Thank you for that idea!
Hey again! I appreciate the kind words as always. Spending money on anything can get quite addictive. Sorry to hear about the depression. I’d say this year for my first time I truly started to understand what depression was and felt like. It sucks! And I had never really experienced it or understood until recently. And some days are better than others. I hope things get better for you. And hopefully you can start to see progress with the spending. Good luck! And I always appreciate your support. It really does mean a lot.
Trust is a fickle bitch Bobby boy, you are right about that. Why can't addiction ever be to exercise and eating right 😅 I joke but great video on important issues. Congrats on the milestone.
11 years without a drink of alcohol is an amazing milestone, Bob. I’m so proud of you!
Thank you very much Aly!

Thank Johnny! I totally agree with you. We all need that someone we can reach out to or will check in with us.
