Never realised the seemingly random lack of gun depression sometimes is due to the anti personal lauchers. I thought it was some glitch. It is fustrating, they are literally wherer you need to line up the gun barrel to angle. I have died many times when I didn't get the depression I was expecting. Gaijin should remove them, or just make them visual only.

@@crazyadam9281 at 10 meters and a less than 10 degree angle yes it can easily pen but usually it just one shots you cuz tiger 1s have one of the best guns and some of the best armor i that br range only reason its only 5.3 is because most early german mains are hella asss at the game
I had a match end while I was playing cas and got to listen to plane engines and watch a black screen for about 3 minutes before it let me go to the hangar
On a unit level this might be the best WWII tank, certainly in my book and certainly beats the panther because by 1944 it had become rather reliable (readiness numbers rival that of the Pz IV), didn't have the final drive issues and whas overall better armored. The gun was more destructive as well. And unlike the panther and King tiger this really was a quality piece of equipment, well put together with a lot of thought going in to it. It was very easy to drive and rather comfortable for a tank (even the seats were wrapped in leather). The welding quality was superb as well unlike the t34 whose weld seams would give a German welder a brain aneurysm. The tiger was rather quick for a heavy tank and surprisingly agile. The downsides are low production rate and high cost,coupled with a lack of proper support- and most importantly, recovery vehicles. The only tank tank that reaches the tigers level in my opinion is the Sherman because it was just so versatile and unlike the t34 actually had some quality control.
Is it really this much better to use the less pen more tnt shell on the tiger? I always went for the one with more penetration assuming that if i can't get more tnt into an enemy tank it's pretty inefficient to give it up. (Sorry if this comment is unintelligible, i am a bit sick and it makes me crazy)
The servers have been the worst I've ever seen this weekend. Below 30 fps in game (normal 120 and higher for me), server disconnecting, building a new lineup takes ages just to name a few
The little end of match bug is one of those things that makes absolutely no difference to the game or your day, at least not really in the grand scheme of things, but there's something distinctly obnoxious about hearing all the sounds that played as the game ended for like seven seconds straight for no good reason against your will
I get stuck most game. Doesn't have to be end of match. Stuck anytime returning to hanger. Usually on bad games so it just feels like the game is throwing salt into the wound.
in 2:17 there was the black screen,, ive had that on my xbox one and it was just stuck there for lover 6 minutes so i had to go off war thunder the go back on war thunder

As of latest update I get that pause after every battle now. Same with the lag spike type thing at the start of every match. Thought it was because I changed to an old monitor when I dropped my PG348Q on an edge and destroyed it..... I know why I don't like cleaning now.. I break things :P
THE BEST TANK OF WW2? Dunno the answer to that one after watching OddBawz run around a map. The man could win a match if a London taxi was on the tech tree, its main gun was a broken pen shooting chewed up paper out of a window and its machine gun was nothing more than the commanders menacing stare.
Dont know why you didnt just go for the mantlet of the 76mm jumbo, the 76's turrets is susceptible to breach breaks on heavy hits to it, plus the overlapping armor plates only equate to about 120mm unlike the 75 jumbo which the overlap is with heavier plates.. they literaly almost halved the armor for the turret to put the longer gun in.

@@AceDan-gc9po Dude yes. I played on PC for almost two years until my pc shit itself and I’ve had to play on console ever since. Plus I had to start over with nothing. I just hit 4.0 with Russia and my favorite tanks are the KV-2, for obvious reasons, and the T-34 STZ.
odd about the fps yea it happens here. on one acation i got pushed in the ground by the server lag. dont know how or why this happens. it just does. (15fps)

It is my third favorite 5.3 vehicle. My favorite is the challenger, and my second fav is the panther D (probably the best 5.3)
It is good, unfortunately most players that play this nation are braindead, so winning is never easy.

For me, ABSOLUTELY. There's times you'll pen the back end of a tank and it'll still shrapnel the whole crew. I prefer it.

i’m very late but you can turn off your engine sounds. it will only make your engine silent, making it easier to hear other players
