Being a TH-camr is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Fame -ster of course) will always pay off at the end.

Just the extra motivation I’ve been needing. Been doing TH-cam since 2018, a lot of ups and downs but staying consistent when possible and staying dedicated to the goal has shown growth. Mind you close to breaking the 7k sub mark, have over 420 videos and just reached 1 million total views. Small accomplishments towards the bigger goals!
