Yes very painful! Here's something I may have had you may not have, an tooth implant! Wasn't it a moulder too, owwww, I didn't do the painkillers even though I had them, just Tylenol! I was too slow to put on a crown and crack, owwww! You've beautiful teeth Bob! My knee was pretty arthritic with a twist of burtitis, turmeric helped immensely!

Changing my diet was the best thing. I just researched foods that can cause arthritis and foods that can help arthritis. It was some time and effort finding out what worked for me, but so worth it. I also use tart cherry juice, turmeric and ginger.

Stretch! Stretch all the surrounding muscles like your life depends on it, foam rolling, ball rolling, massage machine gun, focus on the sore parts of the muscle, releases tension on the joint by lengthening the muscles attached, allowing the tendons to heal and a healthy diet! Knee pain focus those calves, glutes, quads, hammies and even your plantar, focus the knots! (The painful parts)

The poles help with posture. With osteoporosis, two compressed vertebra’s, degenerative disc disease I now can walk about a half mile with no poles but if it’s farther the poles work great. I have had back off and on since I crushed a disc in grade three. With exercising and stretching most days I am pain free.
