Pre Flight Checks, - they're called that for good reason. I've made my fair share off "stuff ups" in the past; and for the most part, it was my fault. Being lazy, - being distracted, - being complacent. In regards, to batteries: I check them before every flight. Even the receiver pack in my petrol powered models. Over cautious? Maybe, but I haven't lost a model due to battery failure in years. One time, I charged a power pack at the field, - fine, I thought, and hour later, put it in the model, checked before connecting to esc, holy crap, one cell only three quarters charged, potential model fatality avoided. Cheers.
They have 3 different sizes. I went for the large after i bought the small because of All the other stuff needed. Battery. Battery checker, drivers ect.. don't cost much..
Just Plane Crazy. Just subbed...Wow...Sorry to see that. I see you have same radio I have. Like most - we all have a pretty good investment in RC. I’m slowly switching over to the new SMART technology from Spektrum. Just a suggestion-I don’t work for Horizon by no means. Using the SMART tech in more expensive EDFs would benefit you. You can set your parameters so that the DX9 won’t let you power up if the lipo battery is below a preset level. However. You have a pretty good plan with handling your lipos. Just thought I would throw that out there. Thanks for sharing. P.S. Looks like your airbrush skills are coming along very well. 👍👍.
Trust me I know what it stands for or really doesn’t stand for, but breaking it down it down in conversation is no fun. So it stands,,,,,,,,,, Bay Hawk Why do seagulls fly over the sea and not over the bay........ cause then they would be called bay-gulls. You’re welcome.
