You may want to look into a pest control service. Often they'll have treatment options for yards and exterior areas.
I never understood the inspector part. Who is the inspector? Is it another cleaner? Do you pay them per Inspection and how much?

What do you mean by inspection?
Someone from our staff inspects properties before every guest check in after the cleaners are done and refer to that as a "perfection inspection"

We're still happy customers! What credit care fees are you referring to? (payments are processed via Stripe)
@ hostawsy used stripe as well but charge an extra 1% above the 3% from stripe. Making it a total of 4%
