I'm about to Close on a Scottsdale Patio Home. Unlike your SFR, this is a 90-Day Rental. My goal is to see this HOA limitation changed to a 60-Day term. And, with only 20-units in the community and a recent turnover in ownership by about half, it looks achievable.🤞
