Emma Landes Haha, they actually usually stand right in front where the feeders are, to the right of the gate. But yes sometimes you won’t see them the entire day!
ZL Equestrian I mean tall about room to run lol, they have hills and everything to run on. Very spoiled (but that’s how it should be, spoil ur horses and show em u love them)!
My only complaint would be I wish you showed more of what you were talking about. The paddocks and the pastures and how you get from one place to the next. It's a beautiful facility and I'm so jealous!!!!
Lucia Reeck Understandable! Unfortunately some of that was left out for privacy, ongoing projects, other boarders, etc. I don’t own the facility so I wanted to respect others privacy and not show them or their horses which made the navigation aspect difficult. With their permission in the future, I may be able to do some cool drone flyovers and a full walk through that shows how it all connects.
I’m watching this video again and I didn’t see this before but i’m laughing at how Zyn is looking at you in 5:43, he is like why is she here and why isn’t she giving me food. HAHAHA he has such a personality, I love it 💛
Hi Zoe Im from the UK & new to your chanel. Your yard it totally amazing so much bigger & different to what we have here in England. What beautiful sceanery. I love your chanel x x
I hate to sound like "that girl" that gushes in the comments but I truly love your videos because they're not filled with the usual boring fluff... tack hauls, ice bucket challenges, let's count my saddle pads and blah, blah, blah... Your content is routinely informative. By the end I always feel like I've learned something. Today I've learned what my Dream Arena will look like 😃 so thank you for that. Kudos to you! 👍
My friends horse is at this barn but he’s out for injury. If you ever need anyone to ride any horses my friend is like Olympic level good and desperately needs to keep riding so she keeps up her talent! Her name is Nicole. (Horse is Latigo)
Your yard is huge! Do you own the whole lot? Also, do you horses not go out in fields for turnout? You said your pasture horses go out in field but sounded separate to your horses that are in stables?
@@ZLEquestrian How did you get to this place in your life. I really want to be a trainer barn manager or something like that in life. I have been at a self care barn so I know how to take care of horses and maintain health etc but I dont know how to get the trust of others for me to help at a local barn. Help!!
Woah!! I don’t mean this in any disrespectful way btw, but how did you get to be able to own all of this? This alllll looks soooo expensive!! You must have worked so hard for this, i feel so proud !
I appreciate turnout isnt always an option and in america it seems Les common however, grass contains so many good nutrients for your horses that are natural and you can't buy. I think it should be essential for any horses diet to have AT LEAST 6-8 hours of turnout a day. For the fitness of running and having free as well as getting all the nutrients. It would also so improve there lifestyle!
As you seen she doesnt have grass turnout. She gives her horses turnout thats not on grass. The horses in the pasture are most likely retired horses. grass is good yes but hay works just as well
American horse culture is very strange. I live in Ecuador. I dont know if there are any large places you can rent for your horse... you either have land or don't.
It makes me sad how little turnout there is. You have so many huge pastures but don’t turn your horses out in them unless they’re retired :( that’s not healthy. Horses are meant to live outside in a herd, not in a solitary confinement cage. I know you have those two sand turnouts but they’re so small and the horses can’t even go in there for more than four hours? You could easily just put a hay shelter or hay net in there so they could eat and be turned out for longer. No offense you seem nice but it’s just not right, you wouldn’t keep a dog in a cage for 12+ hours a day so why do it to a horse? You wouldn’t want to be stuck in a little wooden corral for all your life either. There’s a reason they’re called “stall vices”, because being in a stall causes mental disorders
"A client of mine that has four Hannovarians." WHAT?! Lucky.
Grace Klonoski Definitely!
I have 10 hannovarians lol! It’s a lot of work!!!
@@equinemay2375 I bet!
I have a barn like this and horses it's amazing!
This place is so beautiful! Way bigger than I had originally thought. I’m so excited that you are uploading regularly!!
Equestrian Danika Thanks!
Wait wait wait wait, did I here a 108 acre pasture?!?! That’s amazing! But it must be a pain having to search for ur horse 😂

And I thought 5 acre paddock was bad!
My horse likes to be by himself so I wouldn’t ever find him in that pasture 😂😂

Are you the primary trainer at the facility? How many horses are on property? Love you channel and IG!
Thanks Shannon! Yes I am. There are about 80 horses on the property, 12-15 of them are in training with me depending.
Hi Zoey! willow creek is so pretty! Your horses D Troy and Zyn and your stallion are wonderful horses! Keep up the good work!!❤👍💖

That's a pretty barn lot's of space and it lookes VERY BIG!

Oh my gosh, I am in love. What a beautiful place!
Can you do a video about fitness outside of the barn? Loving your videos
It's beautiful where you live 😍😍😍😍
You have an absolutely beautiful barn!😍😍
Hi! What makes you decide which horse goes in what type of stall? Just curious 💛
oh my that’s amazing! my barn has an arena and a few paddocks😂 you’re VERY lucky!
Mailzone certainly blessed!
This is beautiful!
I feel like if she actually did the tour on horseback it would've made it so much cooler!!
Simply Saff Maybe in the future, hard to film 😂
Wow. What an amazing barn🤩🤩😍❤️
Love the overhead shades over the outdoor cross tie areas. I need to figure out where to get these.
Alicia Kay They’re a huge help on the hot summer days and they’re even pretty good with rain!
I subbed. 💜 This is going to be an epic channel to enjoy.
Thank you!
Amazing!
This place is gorgeous🤩🤩
Could you tell me more about the pipe corrals? I'm looking to add a similar set up at my facility in NC.
hey what camera is this filmed ?
Do you own this facility or do you only own/rent the areas where your horses are? It's all very beautiful!!
i love this !! what a beautiful facility 😍
ryan nicole equestrian Thank you!
Do you own the barn that the horses are kept at or do you just livery at this place?
Is the black mesh above the cross ties for the sun? I've never seen anything like that before but I'm also from the northeast lol
Yep! Sun shades, also keeps the debris from the trees from getting everywhere and even helps with rain somewhat.
wow it's bigger than I thought! 😍
My dream barn 😍😍
Quick question can you jump with out having a lesson or a trainer?
Wow.
Your farm and you are both beautiful💗💖👍.
Emily Lipsitz Aw thanks so much! ❤️

OK i'm officially jealous

devin mills I do not.
Does your riding/training career finance all of this?
Wow! Are you the owner of all the propriety? 🥰
J G I am not the owner!
ZL Equestrian ok thank’s for your answer! I’m french so I don’t understand everything 🥰
wow.. your area is very large.
Holy shit. Where is this and how much do you charge for board????
Southern California. Board and training are two different things. Board is payed to the owners of the property and training is paid to me.

I am not the owner but I do work hard to make it what it is, as well as the hard working ranch hands.
Four hanovarins??? Wow lucky
wait so how many horses in total are there in the barn?
The way i see shit Around 70-80.

The lounge door /
Holland Marsh LOL. It’s an interesting structure.
