    Why don't you mark the expenses as billable for invoicing?

      good question. Looks like this is an old video. I may not have known about billable expense process at the time. I will delete and recreate with an update. Thanks

    Do you use this instead of sub customers? Or do you only use projects for reimburseable grants?

      Strictly speaking, they are all sub customers. That is the functionality of QuickBooks. If it is online, they are called projects and have slightly different functionality where they are called jobs for a QuickBooks desktop. But you will find that they are all sub customers in the programming. Did that make any sense?
