Firm boundaries and limits IS a proper response to an addicted person, but know that thats not enough by its self. Why/how to get people clean is a process that frequently takes years.
I hope he can hear the sincerity in Judge Flieshers voice. If only one person cares, lean in to them, even if it’s your judge. God speed sir, minute by minute. And find AA or NA you won’t regret it.

Judge, I respect you, but this question is a bit silly. The man's a homeless meth addict. Health insurance in the US without a job is next to unaffordable.
My dad was a high-functioning alcoholic up until it killed him. I've been battling PTSD resulting from his behavior for most of my life. I speak from experience when I say that there are times when intervention is the only way to hope to help a person make necessary changes
Why is he given SSD, being a drug addict isn’t a reason, either is being stupid. Some people can’t be helped.
I dont get these cases. We all know this guy isnt going to abide to what the Judge says! Why give him another chance?
