Very well thought out,a side note the braided fishing line, braid is very strong but if using a regular fishing knot it will slip, the proper knot for this is called a polymar knot it's pretty simple and won't slip
Since they never took it apart on camera. What parts of this can be used without destroying the band? As near as I can tell. Compass, fire steel, striker, whistle, mirror, glowlight, ranger bands, mirror, retro reflector can be used without breaking it apart. Paracord, tubing, and the plastic set that has the fishing gear can not be used without breaking down the braclet. Can the zip ties be used without taking it apart? Do they just pull out and you can slip new ones in? I was never sure how much you could take apart on these. I think I would love this, and then a paracord with a wire saw. That'd be nice to carry around easy. thanks for the nifty review
If they can sell them for $85- they should. If they have to lower the price to sell more, they should. If you think you can produce one and compete with a lower price, you should. Free market. If i'm ever in the dire position to use any of these tools to survive, $85 well spent. Good video, thanks- Just subscribed.
Does this kit come with instructions on how to repack everything back into the bracelet? I don't see anything to that effect in the little pamphlet in the package, so I have to assume not. If not, then that's an issue that all these kits seem to share. I've seen other "We packed lots of tiny little things into a paracord bracelet" survival kits and they all share this problem. After the thing is unraveled, you're then stuck with a handful of tiny objects that you now have to keep track of.
Sorry for the snarky retort. It was made by an employee after a long rough day, but that's no excuse. I'm sorry if you took offense to it but we get this comment a LOT. Our products are designed for an emergency situation where you would need the components hidden inside. If you're in that situation, you would unweave the bracelet and access the components for use. If you'd like a place to store the small components, leave one end of the 'straw' sealed and you'll have a little storage tube.
Can I ask what model compass is on the bracelet I want to look at it's specs and product reviews.... been seeing compasses on bracelets that can continuously be off by 20 or more degrees?
dday2086 The compass on these are custom made and filled with kerosene instead of water. From what I understand, all are tested for trueness before being used. If I remember right, i saw where they say it will work in up to -20F.
Thanks for the review, good quality video. I almost stopped watching after the flubbed beginning (text message?), and more importantly, telling us that you weren't going to open the bracelet. In the end I was impressed that many of the items were available without opening up the bracelet, but I still think you should have unraveled it for the review. At least you tried the tinder and fire steel, :-) I really didn't think the fire steel would work. Thanks
Best Christmas ever I do not go any where out in "The OOLOO" with out it. Top bit of Kit ! ! I just wished I lived in The U.S.A. .Living in The U.K. We got "WACKED" with Import Tax which was a third of the price of the Braclet . I would order More kit From "WAZOO " Other wise .Great Video .
While I agree with the idea behind the statement... I'd much rather have the problem of keeping track of these items than not having them at all. TBH I wouldn't just use this product to begin with. Its a great backup option to a system and better than nothing if you have lost your main kit... But that's the way I would look at this product, not as a replacement but as a backup to my backup.....
Generally speaking once it is undone it is done..... that is why he didn't take apart the one they sent. but yeah these are hi and have too much stuff.... the rubber tubing will be useless two tears down the road when you need it...... i have never see a small compass like that that was accurate enough for navigation.....I do like the flint/steel....and it looks to be good quality..... just a little fancy and a lot overpriced... but if people will pay for it....free market and all...have a great day!
+Nipa Thaker look up a video, if you completely take it apart, it maybe difficult so I would buy a new one. you can always keep the compartments somewhere together
I agree way too much money for this. Here is a link to a video I posted over a year ago on my second channel, showing you how to make one for yourself A different paracord survival bracelet. Part 1 I originally posted this on my first channel two years ago.
I'd rather make a small ammo pouch sized kit to sit on the small of my back.. Much less likely to lose it and for the same price include much higher quality easier to use items.
Ryann Large I agree but in my grenade, the paracord is all quick deploy able (100-150 ft). I see the survival bracelet as something to implement if everything else goes wrong and if that compass works well it's use is quicker than digging one out of a pack.
+Ryann Large I need to add because I missed it, the grenade is the paracord and on a weight rated carabiner with two weight rated shackles (these act as lids of sorts on the pack along with more cord...
Also, I think you spent too much time looking at the website, if I was on a mobile network, I would have given up... 2 and a half minutes is a long intro.
I really don't care what features the bracelet may have, NO paracord bracelet is worth more than 8 bucks PERIOD. Anything higher is nothing but a scam.
They charge you up the wazoo for a bracelet that's as stupid as a screen door on a submarine. There is no such thing as a good mini survival kit, and the only reason to own one is to have a good place to leave a not telling whoever finds your body who you were. It isn't better than nothing, it's far worse than nothing because it makes those who know nothing about real survival think they have the tools they need to survive. They don't. All such kits are purely for children who won't grow up, and for people with a death wish. They're unbelievably stupid.
Just another gimmick for a preppie know nothing. Better and bigger kit for 65.00 with ease and no tear down buy your own parts fit in a waist bag or pocket bag.. People with money and no intuition are so gullible.
What if you went for a day hike and got lost? I personally think it's more of a state of mind for people not expecting to be in a survival situation, but noting beats a pack and some good gear :)
Paracord fad! Lol! I don't think it's a passing fad. The Army uses Paracord for most of their cordage needs. I don't have a bracelet, but I always take quality Paracord camping/hiking etc...
I've seen a lot of survival bracelets & this one seems to be the most complete kit u can wear on ur wrist. Another Great Review!
Very well thought out,a side note the braided fishing line, braid is very strong but if using a regular fishing knot it will slip, the proper knot for this is called a polymar knot it's pretty simple and won't slip
Excellent video! It was very thorough and I enjoyed the demo of fire starting at the end. WELL DONE, SIR! :)
Thanks Bill.

Ha! Forgot to edit that - thanks for the heads-up.
No cost? The most important piece of info!
I've also noticed that all the vehicles "with lots of safety features" never have instructions on how to repack the airbags.
What is the pattern called? It seems well suited to supporting a large compliment of accessories.
I'd email Wazoo and ask them. I'm not sure.
Salomon's knot.
NothingSpecial Its a weave based on the single genoese bar.
just ordered mine, can't wait to get it. nice review....new sub
+P Nat Excellent - let us know what you think of it. And welcome to the ETV community.

Thanks for sharing, Kevin - good word. Glad to have you subscribed.
This has to be the most "complete" of all the bracelets out there. :)
I'd say so.
EverydayTacticalVids hey great vid,, can you tell me where I can purchase that compass
Kevin Baughman I'd contact Wazoo and ask them.
ty

Will a ceramic blade activate a fire steel? I thght you had to use steel?
As always, thanks’ for taking the time to make this video! And I support this site. ~M~

Just got mine and I love it!
Can you keep it on on a flight or you'll have a problem with razor, firestarter etc?
I'd avoid wearing this on a plane due to those 2 items you brought up.
But how am I supposed to survive a plane crash if i'm not allowed to keep it on :P. Just kidding, thanks for the answer!
KK260690 ha ha - glad to help.
Any issues with airplane security?
+bon vivant I haven't worn it on a plane actually.
+EverydayTacticalVids smmmmmm I'll
I wouldn't risk it. Just put it in you luggage.
Can I ask what model compass is on the bracelet I want to look at it's specs and product reviews.... been seeing compasses on bracelets that can continuously be off by 20 or more degrees?
Email Wazoo - they have been pretty quick to get back to me. They'll be able to give you all the info.

excelente video.compre un brazalete AVENTURA.muy práctico, para las personas como yo que le gusta la cacería y la vida en los bosques y jungla.
What kind of weave was done to make the bracelet???
Good question - I'd have to ask Wazoo.
Half Hitch
where can one acquire this magnanimous survival bracelet?
Just Google Wazoo Survival Gear. TH-cam won't allow me to leave a link here in this reply.
Buy from eBay, Pls refer to my videos and you can DIY your survival bracelet.
I couldnt figure out how to customize the color i wanted

How can I make this again if I unravel it
Generally speaking once it is undone it is done..... that is why he didn't take apart the one they sent. but yeah these are hi and have too much stuff.... the rubber tubing will be useless two tears down the road when you need it...... i have never see a small compass like that that was accurate enough for navigation.....I do like the flint/steel....and it looks to be good quality..... just a little fancy and a lot overpriced... but if people will pay for it....free market and all...have a great day!

Do you know what the paracord weave is, or anyone? Thanks and subbed!!
+GoPro Dude cobra
+SharkBait thank you!

great vid mate! sold me haha
Nice - thanks for the view.
Why do you need a handcuff key
I agree way too much money for this. Here is a link to a video I posted over a year ago on my second channel, showing you how to make one for yourself A different paracord survival bracelet. Part 1
I originally posted this on my first channel two years ago.
Beauty !!
Holy crap there was a fire at wazoo.
請問一下,台灣有賣嗎?
nice video
dude id pay 85 bucks just for the handcuff key lmao
you do know that you can buy that seperately right?
i am going made one its cheaper
I'd rather make a small ammo pouch sized kit to sit on the small of my back.. Much less likely to lose it and for the same price include much higher quality easier to use items.
I have a paracord grenade that I use as a back up to my backpacks survival pack. Multiple backups like this bracelet make sense to me.
Yea multiple easy to use in a serious situation back ups make sense to me. keep a few tool rolls in your pack or a pouch on the small of your back.
Ryann Large I agree but in my grenade, the paracord is all quick deploy able (100-150 ft). I see the survival bracelet as something to implement if everything else goes wrong and if that compass works well it's use is quicker than digging one out of a pack.

I want this soooooo bad
very good
cool design but price point much too high for a glorified paracord bracelet
Wow! Adventure bracelet was 70 bucks! Now it's 92 dollars!
Even if it's really useful, I wouldn't buy it. If you go on a cheap survival store, I bet you could use $92 to make a basic emergency pack.
+TheShadow018 but I don't want to carry a large pack around
Jacob Kellyson Since it's 92 dollars I don't think you can carry so much stuff.
Like them,,,, but wtf $60!!! ill just make my own.
MYKEL Blank no don’t
This is the original made in USA
I thought the mirror was to see how sexy I look while surviving.
That could be a use for it - gotta look good while surviving.
Nice kit but $89 ??? come on
that is niiiiiiiccee
they sued add the fire cord
Cool
cool channel
+Ned The Nerd Thanks Ned.
Coll but can't believe ppl pay this much. If ppl are on TH-cam its easy to learn how to make a bracelet. I make em all the time lol
From wazoo'a website :)
Also, I think you spent too much time looking at the website, if I was on a mobile network, I would have given up... 2 and a half minutes is a long intro.
I'm buying myn now
it is cool
I think that all the parts are made in China but it’s an American idea support this 💡
lol that price.
I really don't care what features the bracelet may have, NO paracord bracelet is worth more than 8 bucks PERIOD. Anything higher is nothing but a scam.

took 3 minutes to get to the topic of the video
What a waste of money
yea for $77, that's a rip off
Nothing this painfully gimmicky is ever worth wasting money on, folks. I'm getting so sick of this paracord fad....
I think i have something in my paracord bracelet that is topical and will help with your sore-ass. :D
Blutteufel would you rather die with no survival items, or live with a paracord bracelet with some survival items? You tell me.
Blutteufel don't watch if you don't like....easy!
Paracord fad! Lol! I don't think it's a passing fad. The Army uses Paracord for most of their cordage needs. I don't have a bracelet, but I always take quality Paracord camping/hiking etc...

any thing harder then the ferro rod will strike it. all your doing is removing material from the ferro rod.
If your stupid ass had watched the video you'd seen that he uses it.
