I feel like at the same time there would have to be something off world going on or something like that. Because I can’t imagine the city under attack that much and Bucky is just sitting back like “dang that’s crazy, hope that teenage kid I fought a few years ago got that handled”
How I would have included rhino , hydroman and speed-demon in your story : Rhino - he would have been exposed to a small portion gamma radiation . Picture tasm 2 opening scene but alexi stealing some gamma thing instead of plutonium. An accident occurs during the chase and alexi's body is exposed to gamma substance , making him rhino. Speed demon - This would be fisk's invention as well. Fisk would attach leg enhancements to a guy and this experiment will be carried side by side with the scorpion experiment . Hydroman or electro : Both can be mutants . Simple. But for electro I would take max's sister . Maxx dhillon died in mcu during loki's invasion and his sister became a villain because no one , govt or avengers , cared about her loss. So fisk convinces her to join his team . Same with morris bench . Fisk could promise him respect in society if he joined him
1 small addition to the trilogy I would have is olivia octavius. Fisk- rodrick-olivia would be the main trio villains for college trilogy and beyond. An alt version of doc ock who isnt otto can also be fitted easily here. Olivia octavius and fisk's partnership in spider-verse was well appreciated. Plus peter we get a doc ock for holland's spiderman as well.
I think the sinister six lineup is quiet weak here . Except scorpion and hobgoblin , they are all normal humans in mech suits. I would personally add rhino , electro ( not max but his sister ) or hydroman and speed demon. Basically the sinister six should have diverse power sets . Even scorpion and rhino are different kind of brutes . Scorpion relies on his speed , agility more than rhino who is a brawler. Both scorpion and rhino possess strength and durability that exceeds spiderman . Vulture and hobgoblin tho aerial villains still have difference in how they attack . Hobgoblin can engage with spiderman physically as well as in air. Vulture has to be in air as he is a normal human . So in this I would change the new sinister six to : scorpion , vulture , hobgoblin , rhino , hydroman or electro and speed-demon . Now imagine the fight scene. These new symbiote possessed six would stomp mcu spiderman as each of their powers and skill sets are unique and it will be hard for spiderman to keep up with them . Beetle and the flamethrower dude can be minor villains here but I wouldnt place them in sinister six.
I think it would be better if miles gets his powers during the middle of the 3rd movie or post credit scene in the 2nd movie. I want to see them fight together
I love the fact that Kingpin is an over arching villain for the trilogy. It’s something I think more MCU characters trilogies should adopt. He’s such a massive villain that having him as a one and done would be stupid. Fantastic Video

Would be a great idea if after secret wars peter meets and befriends bobby drake and angelica jones on college. A spiderman and his froends live action adapration would be amazing amd away to tie in with the arrival of the mutants
The third one could definitely have some minor avengers + young avengers/dare devil/punisher in it fighting the symbiotes. Definitely not anyone like strange that can solve everything easily tho. It just makes more sense for the story given how big the threat is. Or seeing some ny based heroes like them fighting back initially but then being turned into symbiotes forcing Spidey and blackcat to team up with his villains kingpin/scorpion/shocker/(insert some random villain) and he makes his own "sinister six" to fight the symbiote hordes/symbiote infected heroes

Thank you for not making scorpion a jobber or one with the glass jaw. Spiderman cannot one shot scorpion's jaw even when not holding back. Scorpion by default is more durable than spiderman . He is made that way . Symbiote spiderman can definitely beat scorpion with ease but not regular spiderman no matter how angry or pissed off he is.
This is kinda random but it would be cool to have a song from each of Kanye’s own college trilogy (college dropout, late registration, graduation) in the films
So I would have prefer this than what we are getting and since you are going to do rewrite on the MCU Spider-Man on the civil war part is just Spider-Man because I have a nitpick on Zemo where we get to see his flashback on how his family died as we never got that with both him and Lex from BVS and for No way home I suggested that the first act is improved because the fugitive was resolved to easy especially since that he is being accused of murder so I suggest bringing in John Walker just to arrest him because I think of that scene in Harrison Ford movie the Fugitive like Peter saying I didn’t kill Mysterio and Walker says I don’t Care.

The first one works, but the whole Hobgoblin thing feels a bit far fetched (why does a fashion designer have that stuff), the symbiote introduction seems a bit strange, and the lack of Venom is a problem. And final story lacks a bit of emotional weight and personal connection. Rather see the first actually good adaptation of Eddie Brock as Venom.
I hate the multiverse movies, instead just give us a sinister six movie, make it high steaks after goblin kills Mj which can lead to the venom trilogy which Peter harboring all the hate for the main villain in the movie, Wilson Fisk the man who is pulling the strings in the back round and creating the sinister six to kill Spiderman. Much better structure and we could make either Gwen or black cat the new love interest, I prefer black cat as Gwen should be Miles’s love interest. I don’t know what the adult trilogy should be but it should be about Peter learning that he’s not alone anymore, it’s ok to ask for help which ends with him passing the torch to miles and Gwen. I think a fun side story in this should be the scarlet spider which finally makes Peter realize he doesn’t want to put the ones he cares about in danger anymore leaving the protection of the city to miles
The fact that in the third film the entire city is besieged by symbiotes and no other mcu heroes come to help is insane lol
