You completely right, insecuritys are just thoughts. Its just your own way of thinking that makes the needles thoughts anything wurth. However, acceptance and being confident will get some of the thoughts appear less so its also easier not to think about the insecuritys when the thoughts are not appearing through your mind every time. In that way your insecuritys will get less important and can fade away. Confidence is necessary for the insecuritys to go away. Without self love you never can find acceptance and it makes it hard to love yourself becouse of that. Like a sort circle. Thats why its so hard so solve it. I actually think its necessary to have other people love you before you can love yourself. Humans are social animals and have always been depending on eage other. There are many people who dont get the love they need, the accepance from others who they are. And without others we are noone.
Ligit theres this thing that I didn't mind about me, like I honestly didn't care, never paid attension to it. I felt insecure as, though I’m only 11, I still have a bunch of acne, I don’t feel confident with my hair pulled back, and I feel overweight/ugly. Those insecurities were always there, but then it got worst when my friend said “you know, in my opinion you look better with your hair pulled out”, and another friend said “hey Cailey, you know you have a pimple right?”. These made me feel bad, because I was always told that people wouldn’t notice. Now I feel really insecure so yeah.

My nose: Someone always called me a witch because it was “pointy”. Voice: some say I sound like a squirrel Nails: They grow fast and I try to manage them but the same someone calls me a witch for them to. I like my nails kept long but I always am cutting them so I can say I have short nails. Stomach: Everyone I meet tells me I’m skinny when I know I most definitely am not. It makes me insecure knowing people notice it and lie to me out of pity. Teeth/smile: I started to brush my teeth a lot more than normal because everyone would say my breath stunk and that I was an ogre because my teeth were more yellow. And someone always made fun of my smile and said I looked like a freak. Definitely have more.

All through elementary school for some reason I could never get real friends. Idk why. And once I started entering 3-5th grade I started looking at myself and thinking why nobody wants to be my friend or why anyone doesn't like me. I pointed out all the things I had that nobody else seem to have and I kinda just started getting insecure at such a young age. I hate how every judges based on looks. Insecurities don't necessarily go away with confidence, you just learn how to deal with them properly
You completely right, insecuritys are just thoughts. Its just your own way of thinking that makes the needles thoughts anything wurth. However, acceptance and being confident will get some of the thoughts appear less so its also easier not to think about the insecuritys when the thoughts are not appearing through your mind every time. In that way your insecuritys will get less important and can fade away. Confidence is necessary for the insecuritys to go away. Without self love you never can find acceptance and it makes it hard to love yourself becouse of that. Like a sort circle. Thats why its so hard so solve it. I actually think its necessary to have other people love you before you can love yourself. Humans are social animals and have always been depending on eage other. There are many people who dont get the love they need, the accepance from others who they are. And without others we are noone.

I felt this one bc I was always insecure abt all my scars bc when I was like 5 or so maybe like 7 or 8 max my grandma said “oh girls shouldn’t have scars” and bc my skin doesn’t rly heal that well sometimes it was more visible. I felt insecure as, though I’m only 11, I still have a bunch of acne, I don’t feel confident with my hair pulled back, and I feel overweight/ugly. Those insecurities were always there, but then it got worst when my friend said “you know, in my opinion you look better with your hair pulled out”, and another friend said “hey Cailey, you know you have a pimple right?”. These made me feel bad, because I was always told that people wouldn’t notice. Now I feel really insecure so yeah.

My nose: Someone always called me a witch because it was “pointy”.
Voice: some say I sound like a squirrel
Nails: They grow fast and I try to manage them but the same someone calls me a witch for them to. I like my nails kept long but I always am cutting them so I can say I have short nails.
Stomach: Everyone I meet tells me I’m skinny when I know I most definitely am not. It makes me insecure knowing people notice it and lie to me out of pity.
Teeth/smile: I started to brush my teeth a lot more than normal because everyone would say my breath stunk and that I was an ogre because my teeth were more yellow. And someone always made fun of my smile and said I looked like a freak.

I’m insecure with my eyes and hair because people say “get that ugly eye-contacts/wig off, you’re faking it”, I’m insecure about my pointy-ears because everyone calls me a “vampire-freak”, I’m insecure about my birthmarks (people call ‘em fake and tried wiping it off with make-up remover..), my nose (it’s like Voldemort’s and people say i’m a “barbie”..) and lastly: insecure about my tourettes, anger&trust-issues, shyness and my anxiety&panic-attacks (because when i get a panic attack, i just hit at random, and e.t.c - anxiety one, i basically became Tamaki Amajiki but imagine that but with deku zoning out and muttering)

All through elementary school for some reason I could never get real friends. Idk why. And once I started entering 3-5th grade I started looking at myself and thinking why nobody wants to be my friend or why anyone doesn't like me. I pointed out all the things I had that nobody else seem to have and I kinda just started getting insecure at such a young age. I hate how every judges based on looks. I immediately found out it's probably bc of how I look once I hear my 'friends talking'. Life is so unfair to all these good people. So now I'm just insecure still wearing a damn mask at school and hiding my body because middle schoolers and highschoolers don't seem to nice to me.
