You completely right, insecuritys are just thoughts. Its just your own way of thinking that makes the needles thoughts anything wurth. However, acceptance and being confident will get some of the thoughts appear less so its also easier not to think about the insecuritys when the thoughts are not appearing through your mind every time. In that way your insecuritys will get less important and can fade away. Confidence is necessary for the insecuritys to go away. Without self love you never can find acceptance and it makes it hard to love yourself becouse of that. Like a sort circle. Thats why its so hard so solve it. I actually think its necessary to have other people love you before you can love yourself. Humans are social animals and have always been depending on eage other. There are many people who dont get the love they need, the accepance from others who they are. And without others we are noone.

Same with me. A kid named Nicolas in 2nd grade mentioned i had hairy legs and arms and that overtime started making me insecure about. Im also insecure about my stomach hair and back “hair” which is just peach fuz but the stomach hair is a lot.

Some people have more some have less.. some people's hair are noticeable and some of them don't haven't noticeable hair. Its okay. There is nothing wrong with that. You are YOU. And you are unique. Society makes us think that body hair on women is something to be ashamed of. However in reality ITS NOT. It is just a part of ourselves. I mean have you ever heard that if you have hair in you arms mosquitoes don't bite you or something? Lol. So you know its a part of our nature. You can do whatever you want with your body hair. There is no need to feel pressured about plucking them or waxing etc. I mean you can do it if you want. But you can also dont do it! Its your PERSONAL CHOICE. If someone is not okay with it, its their problem. NOT YOURS. You can do or don't do whatever you want with your body hair. Just remember whatever you choose do it for yourself! Not others or society. Embrace your uniqueness. Embrace yourself ❤️
