    How much tension the spring should have? Having done in the same method i m facing the problem of not transfering the torque

    i just performed this action, now my timing driver height and jaw position changed, what did i do wrong?

      Might be to do with the bit where the spring goes in and it gets turned. There's another thing in beside the actual crankshaft (probably left side facing from the operator position), where they undo a bolt and wind out the bit besides the crankshaft and then you get 2 lots of teeth locked together that you seperate and then spin the right side to adjust the height and then they press the teeth back together again on the left, spin the retaining ring thing in and tighten its bolt. That's the way they actually adjust the height intentionally.

      When activated the tiny spring rolls the 6 rollers into the taper of the main shaft. As they roll they lock, because of these tapers, like a wedge; which locks the flywheel to the shaft. When it comes around and hit the stop side of the lever... it unlocks the rollers from the tapers... and then the flywheel is free to spin again. Hope this helps?
