The best thing about paige is that she has always been so honest about her life. Other studytubers upload like 5 AM routines that instead of motivating you stress you up. Love you paige
totally agree, that's why I have followed her for so long. She just shared some real experiences in a normal way and it's always motivating to see her smile.
I agree too. That's almost like a film of a false persona (bcz I saw many disconnections between what's was supposed to be a sequence) not really a recording of a real person's life. I love how in her video things are as they are!! If it's plain for the pandemic restriction she shows as it is and that's super joyful to see, instead of risking other's lives childishly
@@simbaloveshimself that was most probably a bot, they plague almost every comment section on TH-cam now. Do the public a favour and report them for spam & btw, I'm still a teen too 😂
It's good that you have conversation and sharing with parents, sharing with parents about that always makes me feel good even though they may not work at similar field as me. But they may have more insights because of that. Pursuing your goal makes you find values in life, work hard !
I found this to be very useful and informative, especially in terms of your parents discussing their reasons why they chose the paths they followed. Thank you for branching out into this type of content and best wishes to you and your family.
I am an accountant. CIMA qualified. It was so worth the 4 years of hard work!. It is brutal at times but once you have done it the benefits reap in. Best advice is to save save save. Being 25 and earning 50k was amazing for me and was such a reward after that hard work. Keep going paige!!.
Great video Paige! Thanks for sharing your parents knowledge with us. Not all of us have parents or people who have experiences that could be beneficial to us, and it's nice of you to have shared their knowledge! I've been on the fence about a professional qualification, but I'm now more inclined to get one! Good luck with everything!!!
This is sucha wonderful video of the different pathways to earning a good living and having professional satisfaction from both your parents . congratulations to them on your success!! Education always has an advantage however hardwork and passion can never be replaced when it comes to delivering ata profession despite the degrees.... All the best Paige! Your parents are gems. ❤️
I'm currently a student veterinary nurse and am studying towards becoming registered as a veterinary nurse with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, and it was really interesting to hear how similar your experiences have been to mine in terms of working towards registering with an awarding body, CPD, etc. Oddly enough I never considered that other professionals have a similar set up xD
In answer to the question raised in the title to this vid - yes it is. FCAS here and I qualified long before you were born (yes, I'm an "old guy") but I remember my first interview for an actuarial job - one statement the interviewer made has stuck with me all these years: "If you don't intend to pass all the exams (and qualify) don't even consider this as a career." Obviously I took that statement to heart, qualified, and a few years later I ended up running the actuarial department of that company before I moved on.
I finished the actuarial exams in 3 years, but I didn't sacrifice my social life. I sacrificed my vacation. I took a lot of private vacation to study. It was very stressful, but in the end worth it. I got so many insights that helped me on the job. I didn't have any exemptions either.
I loved watching this. Paige - you were the consummate interviewer! What a joy to see two examples of superb parenting. I know you realise and appreciate how lucky you are.
I rarely comment on yt videos , but this video despite being so informative it was so emotional seeing the bond u share with your parents, they are the best and so are you
I'll be an international student this Sept in the UK, and I never knew there is smtg called as professional qualification u need to do after a degree since my country doesn't have it. Good to learn about new things through ur channel.

Thank you so much Paige for creating this video. I found it useful as I'm studying the ACA qualification. At the moment I'm studying for the FAR professional exam after completing the certificate level. It's been hard but I know it will be worth it!! Thank you Paige’s mother for the honest answers - I've found them interesting. ☺️
Hello Paige Glad we have found your You Tube Platform. Also, we are a fan of ruby granger You Tube Platform. Thank you for all the advice on your Platform Paige and the items you recommend which we have purchased a few including the Boyata computer stand from Amazon which is perfect. Your video on the computer stand demonstration and set up really sold the item for us and we had to buy. You would make a good host / presenter for television as you explain things well. Looked at previous You Tube pages, and you are very inspirational with ideas and organising. Dealing in such a matrix world nowadays and keeping daily work duties / studies organised is a balance. Thanks for your advice about working from Home and the challenges faced and how to overcome them. Your views and comments about dealing with work challenges and stress were good. We are looking forward to further enlightenment from your You Tube videos. James from London (UK)
Hey Paige, I know this is completely off-topic, but, application deadlines are coming sooner than I thought and I wanted to know if it is worth it to apply to the University of Cambridge as an Italian living in America while only having 3 A-levels (if A-levels are Advance Placement classes; I'm assuming) that are relevant to my desired course (Classics or History & Politics), and somewhat of above average SAT/ACT scores (National tests). But I do have the highest amount of a GPA I can possibly get (4.0) in all honors classes, several extracurriculars (that are relevant to the course of course), and a passion for the course obviously! I know those stats are nothing extraordinary, but I wanted to know what else you suggest that I can do to increase my chances of getting in? Thank you for everything and I absolutely love your videos :) !
my boyfriend sent this to me bc I'm currently doing the chartered accountancy exams lmao. I started 10 months ago with a firm and have done 8/15 exams. I can confirm I have no life hahaha but they're definitely hard but genuinely think uni was harder for me
hi paige! i’m starting sixth form this september (i’m terrified). i’m doing economics, politics, english lit and sociology and i understand that these are very different to the subjects you studied however, could you please make a video on how you balanced you’re A-Level work and social life and also some advice you would give to new A-Level students.
Hello Paige!! I wanted to tell you that this was very very interesting. I live in Argentina and I'm studying to become an accountant, here it's very different from the uk. Let me tell you: We actually decide which career path we want to take right after finishing high school. We don't need to take this qualifications exams, kind of like during university we take this exams
I was watching Wimbledon this week and a saw a young British tennis player, Emma Raducanu play in the women’s singles and I thought about Paige. Emma had just passed her A levels in Maths and economics. She was representing England. Just a random thought.
I just saw your talking to the CEO vid and I imagine 15ish years from now maybe you're on the other side of this conversation like at a really high position talking to a young graduate. If it does happen remember I SAID IT FIRST.
Paige, you have very nice parents and they must be proud of you how hard you work in your career path. Paige, how old are your parents if you do not mind me asking?

Totally, she always shows both her ups and downs, which makes you feel like you are not alone and isn't very common among studytubers.
