hey can you start a series on the app quality between iphone and android. Compare feature of the same app on both platforms. People always say ios has better app quality, and most times , it is true
Pro mode and the manual lens switching is really nice. Glad I have it in my Pixel Fold.
I’ve been using Gemini in Messages when needing help with messages and the Gemini app for anything else. Also love all of the new features for Google Messages
It's not really nice though, it's like they have been forced to do it and have made it as shit as possible.

For the volume sliders for casting media… are those available as a widget? I hate having to go into Google home and then media and now playing to adjust cast locations or volume. They really need to make casting target selection and casting volume control front and center in control panel or a dedicated widget.

Have Google fixed the zooming in while recording video with this camera version ? My phone pixel 6 pro doesn't switch to telephoto lens when zooming in, it used to be flawless, anyway I'll keep sending them feedback daily.
With Google you get one year of all the cool features then Google moves on to their next phone.

I have the floating Gemini button on the beta version of Messages in the UK, but when I select it, it opens a chat window with a random phone number I've never heard of before. Any idea what could be going on?

I am from Spain, and I don't understand why I don't receive the AI functions on my Pixel 8 Pro. I follow several channels here in Spain, and they do have those functions. I don't understand if it's by region, or if it's because I need Gemini Advanced,... I've been waiting for months for the ''Help me write'' in Gmail and Google Messages. I also don't have audio transcription, or Magic Compose,... etc. Those Spanish channels do have those functions, and I don't. I tried everything and nothing works for me 😭HELP!!

I think we should be talking about the fact that it took over a decade for Apple to make a calculator app for the iPad. You cannot deny that it is absolutely absurd to take that long. Also, the simplicity of the Google calculator is what makes it one of the best to use. The interface is clean and matches with you Material You color pallete. That is something Apple would never do, so stop yapping over such a petty thing.

Google Camera 9.4 is still darkening all my pictures after processing! When is Google going to solve this?! My Pixel 3XL is making better pictures than my Pixel 6 Pro and Pixel 7!
I have brown eyes and my girl has beautiful blue eyes. Pixel 6 and 7 is making them both black/dark. WTF, GOOGLE?!
Chill. Also, you can literally change the brightness and shadows while shooting. Or simply tap on the dark area to make everything lighter.
@@BojanTomic I tried and it doesn't work. The picture is the way I want it for 1.5 seconds, but when the processing is finished, it automatically applys a dark tone which crushes the shadows. It's like a burning and darkening effect in one. It saturates the skin color, darkening the eyes and wherever there is any hair. It makes it look like there are shadows where there are none. This wasn't happening a few OS updates ago.
Purposely nerfing so you'll buy the latest model
