As soon as I saw it take out a strategem jammer I immediately fell in love with the missle silo. That could negate one of my few gripes about fighting the bots. “Hey Y’know strategems? Your only life line? So we’re gonna take those away. Good luck!” It’s not undoable but usually comes with a heavy reinforcement cost.
yeah i never got why they did that for the bots ? They literally said "we want players to use their stratagems primarily" and then they add something which takes it away lol. And they get suprised less people play against the bots, they arent even "hard" just a nuisance to deal with some of the stuff
@@user-nb5uw5ui9i on its own, its not that bad, but with how the game was before, it was way way worse....like near a 3 tower gunship factory when rocket headshots were more common and usually, a rocket hit was meant certain death and you just death spiraled with a split squad, nobody helping you to get your spear back...pure torture
The silos would be fantastic if you could continuously drop them through the mission, and build up an arsenal of missiles that you can use at any time.
With the missile silo, I think they could improve it by changing the flight arc of the missile. Have it launch and travel vertically for a period, before coming down directly on top of the target. Alternatively, turn it into an airburst missile.
Space battles! I want space battles. New missions in which you have to break through blockades, stop the enemy from landing on the planet, missions in which you have to board enemy ships (on the bug front there could be missions in which you clear tunnels) and a space eradicate mission. You could use a ship expansion to set up a personal hangar in which to place your "Hell-Hunter" and design special space stratagems for the cruiser and Eagle-One. To breathe a little more life into the whole thing, you could have NPC Seaf pilots flying around, who can also cause damage. Of course, a pilot warbond shouldn't be missing either.
i actually got to see the missile silo in action by randomly joining a lobby with a hacker, the silo is actually in a completely functional within the game, I didn't get to see it much other than it being launched by the hacker, I have no idea what its like to fire it my self. also this happened a a few days before we got the FPV as a stratagem
The “new weapon developed” tag with the upgraded Eagle Bay was referring to the new Helldivers 2 dualsense controller. That screen grab is from that trailer, so it doesn’t have to do with an actual new Eagle weapon. Still a leaked ship upgrade, but the lower third has nothing to do with new actual weapons.
It's Christmas season, with a new faction update, with a lot of new players. Honestly that sample farm was a bit ridiculous that I don't see new players being invested in it

I would love them to make one of 2 changes: 1) increase the Missile count into 3 with a special holder and with a power of 500kg Or 2) give the Missile the power of a hellbomb which would allow you to take out objectives from distance with Both options should have a long cooldown like 6/7 minutes +-

The silo should just be the "mini-nuke" from SEAF Artillery, or even just take that screaming giant eagle bomb previewed in this same video and use that warhead to make it viable
The silo is very cool- it’s worth pointing out it might be useful against things like automaton jammers to still get an “airstrike lite” in the zone. I think it should probably have more like a 120 base cooldown like the MG turret, but I’d probably bring it with the current stats.

To be honest, i would love it more if you would have like a binocular from the storm troopers of star wars with the silo, and then you look through it, maybe even zoom and then point out where to shoot it for longer distances And the pointer for closer targets

I feel like the micro-ICBM is too single-purpose. It basically only snipes one high value target (and doesn't even kill the factory strider with 2 hits). its only genuine value is to bypass bot jammer tower and 1-shot it. if it can 1-shot factory strider, orbital cannon, command bunker and illuminate monolith, as well as at least one shielded illuminate "landed warp ship", then it would be genuinely worthwhile.
Im tired of hearing all the new stuff they are adding months b4 they actually do they just need to expand the team because it feels like they only have 30 ppl working on this game even though the game is huge like cmon get thid ball rolling its like they flipping a giant tire instead of rolling it
@Timboslxice This game doesn’t have nearly as much monetization as other big live service games, which is great but means they probably can’t afford to massively expand the team, especially when the community is now used to getting everything for free and gets mad when that’s not the case as we saw with the killzone crossover.
The game uses an obscure and discontinued engine so they have a hard time finding employees, especially since their based in some goofball country. They should've made it using unreal engine.

Upgrades for your ship. Shield for sentry turrets, extra orbital lazer (or recharge), extra ammo for secondary weapons, thats i can think of right now
Orbital lasers have been very effective against the squids, but we need more shots.
last time i played, i noticed that my landing capsule was able to shoot trough a squid ship and destroy it in the process....W devs, just insane.
