Personally, I believe that the wonderful Hindu saint who is called Alma is as much of an avatar as anyone. And she has found it quite a bit in the practical worldly sense, as well as better and spiritual inspiration for many.

Are you referring to Amma? Sri Matra Amritanandemayi Devi? I could not find an "Alma" and was wishing to research...
