@KamyKam Precisely. I tried using RPCS3 and it ran horribly for me. I'm just saying, if you do it right, I find that Xenia Canary runs really well using Vulkan. But, not all hardware will run it well.
Sonic unleashed is playable through xenia canary from start to finish on low to mid end computers with much better performance. A mod to fix vertex glitches and pressing the r5 key is all that you might need if you have an amd gpu. Yes this version is more stable but Rpcs3’s cpu demands are really high imo

Dw about the game "being cursed" on xenia, I think everyone who's played it on xenia knows it's quite the nightmare to run. Here's a list of problems I've experienced. - Running the game as an iso file (which most would with anything else) makes the game run and look terrible AND has an almost unavoidable crash on the 1st level. - Running extracted is better, but comes with a whole bunch of issues. - Raising the frame rate break some elements of the game as some aspects are tied to it being 30fps - Raising the resolution breaks Werehog's fur texture, making him look closer to a sphynx cat. - Raising the resolution also create flashbangs. The higher in quality, the more the game is prone to giving you an epilepsy attack, just by existing. I don't even have epilepsy and I need to take a few moments from the game. - Basically REQUIRING you to run mods for the game to get it closer to the console experience. - And finally with having an ultrawide monitor, I wanted to utilize a mod that lets me play so, and xenia gives you an error for it. It's been a week and I'm still trying to get the game working in a stable form.

Is there a way to get 06 working on rpcs3?
Is there a reason you would want to do that over playing Project 06?
@@justanotherpxrson I'm just a huge fan of the game. Also I don't think Chaos X will be implementing the cutscenes even after the last story
Bro said its not on the xbox series s or x 💀
@@lyamdarielcarrasco3712 Are you deaf? 🧐
xenia hasnt crashed or frozen for me so idk
My PC is good enough to play unleashed on RPCS3 except a couple of areas are 20-25fps (jungle joyride mostly). Xenia is great for fps but for the love of god. VERTEX EXPLOSIONS ON AMD MAKE ME NOT WANNA PLAY IT.
I'm not able to have the game dumo so I cant play it...
still can't understand a thing thx 4 nothing
Xenia is WAY better. RPCS3 runs like shit. Use xenia canary and follow the game banana guide.
winrar is free lol just close the window
@@vinedux every time you use it? 7zip ftw
How cant yall get Xenia Canary to run💀. Like Xenia Canary with performance mods is 100 times better and yeah the only problem is that when you have an Dualshock controller its hard to know which button to use. but if you have an Nintendo switch pro controller then you have zero problems. But if your pc is like an MONSTER than you will play with your Dualshock on RPCS3.
if you have a playstation controller, just install a ps3 button prompt mod
0:38 use Vulkan, it locks the game at 720p and has some artifacts but never crashes.
Does not lock it to 720p
Use Xenia anyways, like me and many others have said
Nope, still doesn't work and still crashes.
@@KamyKamdoes you Xenia Canary window say
Xenia Canary Direct 3D12 RTV
It’ll never work because of Graphic Device Lost error
You have to change
GPU=any
To GPU=Vulkan
And also change (this isn’t the exact text line from the config file)
VulkanRenderPath=
To
VulkanRenderPath=FSI
Wrong, Xenia runs much better and it's playable from start to finish
@leothehuman_9476 nope. Me and loads of people have had problems doing just that. And why do people still download save files if the game is still playable from start to finish?
@@KamyKam We use saves because we're bored af to complete the whole game including the werehog...? Lol
And what kinds of problems you guys have with Xenia? Sounds like a skill issue to me.
No seriously, I've had it working on all the computers I own, one of them being with integrated intel graphics
@@KamyKam The BEST way to play for all computers is with Xenia, only richie kids with RTX 4090s can play with RPCS3.
@@leothehuman_9476 bro chill, your PC experience is not representative of everyone else's; obviously the video isn't for you lol
@@leothehuman_9476 What are you talking about RPCS3 is cpu heavy not gpu heavy
the best way to play sonic unleashed is project unleashed because you don't have to play the shitty werehog stages
L opinion.
The werehog stages are good thoughever
werehog is peak fym
I feel like the sonic fans that complain about the night stages aren't a fan of the hack n slash genre.
this reply thread brings me with a great sense of joy to see a bunch of werehog lovers
The ps3 version is still the worst
Bro just enjoy the game
@OscarknightTF2 i can't with the graphics and performance in PS3
Hm, I can tell you've been diagnosed with pc gamer. Do you hate 59fps?
@@OscarknightTF2 I have tried it on the emulator and on the console and they work just as badly, the 360/xenia version wins by a landslide
I can't fucking stand you niggas 😒
