sub-symptomatic cardio training. he explains it in many of his videos. basically you need a stationary bike or treadmill. find out what intensity of exercise triggers your symptoms and then exercise at 85% intensity... you'll find you can push yourself more and more over time without symptoms. but watch his videos to make sure you fully understand the concept/philosophy behind exercise therapy.
Love hearing these stories of hope! It's been over 3 years since brain injury occurred. I am scared that I am sinking in the quicksand of PCS. I am 64 and need help.
@@CompleteConcussions I am going to do this. I must relocate first. I live like a hermit. Very rural. I need people and I need structure and support. I already knew I needed to move. This concussion treatment program is the impetus to make it happen. I have options to pursue. I trust that I will be in new place very soon. In weeks, not months. I am beginning a new chapter and I am excited & hopeful. 🙏
I have watched a few videos about PCS, but I need some to find the other videos about it in chronological order. I have done searches and found episode 6 after I watched 5 but I would like to see a series in order. I am six weeks in after a head to head swimming collision and still have head pain mostly where the contact was. My vision is fine. I've been swimming laps and that seems to help but I give myself rest days. My neck is no worse than it was pre-concussion. I have not been dizzy. I have been to the ER twice and saw my main doctor once and she said there was nothing she could do. ER gave me referral to neurology dept of that hospital but I could not get an appointment until late February (which I will go to if I don't find help sooner). I didn't expect this to last so long and online groups have shown me it can be years!! I am 73.
I’ve been dealing with pcs for three years and it’s Been up and down but I keep having setbacks and it’s so hard. I work full tike but im stretching mysef to the brink every day
@@petershelling132 You most definitely can! And you can see progress fairly quickly too. Google "The Concussion Fix" - read some reviews and check it out :)
I recently sustained a judo-related injury and still reeling from post-concussion repercussions. I have paid visits to doctors, but they seem to be clueless or at least have a very limited understanding of my predicament. Quality of life is not optimal, perhaps your program could spur some changes?
Where is this based out of i live in NYC and would love to start this program. Had a concussion for 5 months still headache… trying exercise now. Please help
@@CompleteConcussions i just bought it i was part of last nights 8pm session! Excited. Been working with light weights and 25 min controlled heartrate cardio session. Only been 4 weeks got some work to go. Hoping it helps!! Any advice lmk!
I found a CCM clinic a few years back and after 6 years (at the time) of recurring PCS I've never felt more recovered. Exercise is medicine!
Wooooo! Glad to hear it :)
What exercise did you do for your recovery?
What excercise

Thank you so much for this... it's answered so many things i knew were connected but couldn't understand how and why...

Amanda, watch some Andrew Wommack as he preaches on healing and “You’ve already got it” is a series that is so beneficial. Blessings to you. 🙏🏻
I donʼt like the way I was being. lured into signing up for something - without being informed what I was signing up for.

Will my personality be same or chages after recovery of the concussion
Hey I had a concussion a week ago and last night I had a bloody nose it was about 2-4 minutes long what should I do
Can you do a video on whether fasting (either prolonged water/dry fasting) can help post-concussion? Repairing the brain via autophagy.
How are you now? And did fasting helped

That's exactly what it's for! And it's quite effective as you can see
