    I made this four times, and it never came out this way. After I creamed most of the cottage cheese, then adjusted the temperature it did better. It looks good, so I’ll keep trying. Also, added 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes and 1 tbsp Italian seasoning. The taste was great. If I can get the texture right, I’ll be pleased.

      Hi Laine! I should have shared the cottage cheese brand here because it makes a lot of difference. Some cottage cheeses have so much liquid and some don’t have much, it makes so tricky to make same recipe work for all cottage cheese brands. In this video I used cottage cheese from ALDI store (I’m not sure if you have it in your city, but hope it gives some idea)

      @@KitchenStop Thank you. The taste was good (I added Italian seasoning and some chili flakes) but the texture was nasty. Chewy, not cooked through. I used Daisy Cottage cheese. I even tried pureeing the cheese to see if it would work that way. Different oven temps and cooking times, too. No luck, but thanks for answering.
