Do you prefer the Nike Mercurial line or the Hypervenom line. More specifically, which do you like more: the Nike Mercurial Superfly 5 or the Nike Hypervenom Phantom 3 DF? And also. which do you like more: the Nike Mercurial Vapor 11 or the Nike Hypervenom Phantom 3 Low?
Out of the top end models from both lines, my personal favorite is the Phantom 3 Low. They're all very good though. It just depends on what type of fit and feel that you're looking for.
When i tried to compare this with X 16.1, i felt that heel is more slipery than X 16.1. Did you feel something like that? (i mean do you think that vapor has a point of slipery backside?) I doen't like X 16.1 upper but its narrow heel cup design make me feel more comfortable and stable. I want back of X 16.1 with upper of vapor. Anyway, if you leave your opinion, it will definitely help me. Nice video Josh.

How does it feel kicking the ball with the Vapor 11s? My tech craft model that was too big anyway but when I kicked a ball I could feel it sting through my foot, is it the same with the Teijen upper? Also how are they compared to the Superfly V for absorbing the sting from hitting a ball? I play CB(I know you don't judge boots off position) but I can't have a boot that hurts my foot when I've got to bang it upfield

I enjoy the more raw, pingy sensation of the Vapor when shooting. It's down to what type of feel that you like, rather than a case of better or worse. If you want something as thin as possible, go for the Vapor. If you want something that's thin, but with more of a softness to it, go for the Superfly.
Do the victory XI fit like the vapor XI ? Like the tightness, because they were a little tight in my normal size 8, just wanted to know before I buy the vapors

What stud pattern do you have, and what surface are you wearing them on? Are your shoes the right size? Stud pressure is not a common issue with that boot.
Thanks for replying, I have the same size (the shoes actually fit perfectly), and I am playing on a good quality (definitely not pro, but a very good field for school varsity and advanced youth team use) fg (grass) field. Ryan Mendoza Don't worry bro. I'm right there with ya. I have the perfect fitting vapor 11 with little to no space at all in the toe area and I still get the fold in the tongue area. I wear a 10 US. Checked with 9.5 US and my toes were crushed but I still got the tongue fold. We are just one of those types of people that have super narrow feet.

I didn't have that issue, but the overall fit and feel is completely different between those two boots.

Josh, I bought the motion blur color way of the Vapor 11. Usually the insole comes out, but why doesn't it come out in this color way?
It should comes out. It's like partially glued down. You should be able to pull it out pretty easily though.
White fg or sg cleats are a no go.

These will be even thinner than the tech craft version. It's like not wearing any shoes at all, or at least very close to it.

It just depends on the shape of your foot and how the shoe fits you specifically. It isn't uncommon.

Not really. It's tough to compare the two. Sizing is the same across the entire Mercurial line though.
