They'll fit a touch wider in comparison to the Vapor, but that's mostly down to the difference in material for the upper.

Josh, I don't really have a wife foot but it's not exactly narrow either, I currently wear magista ones 2 but I wanna try out superflys and don't know if I'll be comfortable in them
They'll definitely fit tighter in comparison to the Obra 2, but as long as that's what you want, you should be fine.
Would the white on the boot get stained when you play on 3G/4G?
Of course. Any light color will get stained on an AG field.

What's the difference between the AG-r soleplate and AG-pro soleplate by Nike?
The new AG-Pro stud pattern is more along the lines of a traditional FG stud pattern, but made specifically for artificial playing surfaces. The AG-R stud pattern is lower, and less aggressive in terms of bite. Both very good, just different in regards to their feel and performance characteristics.

I got my pair today in the mail from Nike but the box says "Mercurial Superfly V DF FG" what's DF and why does the box say that? The pair is legit and looks just like the pair in this video.
That's normal. DF stands for Dynamic Fit, which refers to the collar.
