For most people, recruiting leaders is one of the hardest parts of groups ministry. But viewing it as a task rather than a relationship only makes it harder.
When Jesus recruited the apostles, we like to highlight Peter immediately putting down his nets and following Christ. But that wasn't his first encounter with Jesus. It was another step in their relationship.
