Allan, thanks for the time you put into these edited programs. Floyd is truly a work of art, and the love of their music shows in the work involved in creating these packs. I do perform with a stereo rig, and it's based on the GigPerformer hosting software (very intuitive performance software). Joined a Floyd tribute several months ago, though I have performed many of their songs previously over the decades. It's been a blast, and your packs definitely got me up to speed quickly with the tribute band. Also joined a Jefferson Starship tribute two months ago, so if you have time... ;) Thanks again!!
Hey Allan, great Job and thanks a lot for sharing. Did ever consider to make a Sound Pack for Queens of the Stone Age? Especially the like clockwork Album has so interesting sounds…
Thx Allan. Can you tell us about your rig plz. Ok with the keyboards. What about your sound card and your computer ? I tried the V collection on an i7 2.8Ghz - 32Gb and the DSP overloads with just one synth.
Mine is a 2017 MacBook Pro, i7 2.7GHz with 16gb of RAM. I've been using it since 2017, and the only maintenance I ever had was a new battery in 2021. You have to balance your set with the buffer size / latency. I streamline everything I can everywhere I can. Though to record this I had to crank up my latency to 60ms to be able to run everything and not overload my CPU (Mainstage + many V Collection plugins + OBS recording my screen in 4k). that meter you see in the bottom left of the workspace is a CPU monitor, and there's also one on the top of the screen. I'm writing this 15 minutes after recording the Wish You Were Here video, that has more plugins open than this one. Another thing that helps a lot is isolating the power supply of your MIDI controller (having the power fed through a 9V font into your controller, or having a USB split computer/power (keylabs come with an adapter for this). If your mac has to not just process MIDI, but handle feeding power into your controllers, it increases CPU usage. It took me years to realize this

Studio One?
@@matttorrence2900 hey, this is MainStage, but the sound work in any DAW
One detail, the time farfisa should have the repeat function on and vibrato should be on max, other than that it’s the coolest sound on the pack :)
