after cleaning the carburetor if the problem is still there than check your spark plug for carbon build up, I feel this is a issue with the vespa lx bike, spark plug wire get carbon buildup.

Bhai mixture screw kitne pe set krna h mtlab how many turns anticlockwide

first tighten it fully, then loosen it by one turn first and check, if good response stop there, if not another half turn.
