【Miso Ramen Recipe】How to make Easy Miso Ramen from Scratch /Tips of Making Delicious Soup/Broth

    Today’s menu is very popular Japanese Noodle dish, Miso Ramen! I make it by using chicken broth and ground pork for Ramen soup and try to elevate Ramen-like stronger and more robust soup!
    In the fact, Ramen is one of eat out menu so I guess most Japanese rarely make Ramen from scratch at home. (There are so many kinds of OISHII Ramen shops everywhere in Japan!)
    Originally, Miso Ramen was born in Hokkaido, the northern part of Japan. I recommend some other suitable toppings in this video!

    Ingredients (Served for 2)
       1 us cup =250cc  
    ★be careful it’s NOT 200cc!!
    1 tbs =15cc
       1 tsp =5cc
    Dried Ramen noodles 2
    (soup broth)
    Chicken breast 1 piece
    Water 1200cc
    Shio koji 1 tbsp
    1 clove of garlic
    3 slice of ginger
    (Ramen soup)
    Ground pork 150g/0.3lb
    Yellow onion ¼
    Grated ginger 1-2 tsp
    Garlic 1 clove
    Sesame oil 1tbsp
    Miso 4 tbsp (divide 2 times to add )
    Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
    Mirin 2 tbsp
    Sake 50cc
    Sugar ½ tbsp
    Tahini/ Sesame paste 1 tbsp
    S & P
    Chicken broth 1100cc
    (Toppings)
    Boiled spinach
    Boiled bean sprout
    Sesame oil I tsp (sprinkle boiled bean sprout)
    Ramen Eggs 1-2
    Boiled chicken breast 4 slices
    Corn kernels
    Red pepper threads
    Sesame seeds/ ground sesame
    (Condiments)
    SHICHIMI peppers, Japanese 7 spices red chili pepper
    White Ramen pepper
