I'm whipping up a batch of breakfast muffins for the week now. I make them on Sundays for the whole week. So easy! If you use the silicone muffin cups they travel well too! (Try a mini french toast version, supper yummy!)
I've been teaching for 7 years and I do 3 of these breakfasts regularly! I do protein shakes with collagen and milk, oatmeal with maple syrup and fruit, and protein yogurt with fruit, all great and easy to take to work. I also noticed you have a lot of the same Aldi products that are my favorite too 😁
Love the breakfast ideas! Will deffo be trying some of them. I had one suggestion though..... I just keep a scoop in the box which is the right portion, which I find just as easy as the sachet. I like the rice cake and peanut butter as an after school snack so I don’t raid the fridge line a wild animal when I get home. ALL great and DOABLE!!! Thanks!
I bought the Keto bread from Aldi(you mentioned it in the Lunch video)and I topped it with cottage cheese and cinnamon and put in broil for short time and WOW!!! was it good. Thank you for your suggestions. The Veggie Burger was also a great one. I do it apples cinnamon rice cakes topped with vanilla or toasted marshmallow yogurt and cinnamon. Alicia from CT

Love the meals you suggest! The mini egg muffins and toast are my favorite (my runner go to) followed by the muffin and egg sandwich! Breakfast is and has been the most important meal for me because I have to be a busy🐝 from the get go at my job or otherwise I will be in 🦥mode!
I have a legit question so please don’t think I’m trying to be annoying. There are waffles on the market that are marketed as having protein, if I were to use one for breakfast does it count as protein , carbs or both ? Thanks for the help 🙏
That’s actually a great question! Just read the nutritional label to double check... a lot of them will market themselves as having “high protein” but there are only a few grams of protein in it. But, the short answer is yes... they would have carbs and protein! You can top them with peanut butter (yum!) for a source of fat! 😋

the only protein drink i've been able to try is that pea protein "vega" brand🤢 v i l e 10/10 do not recommend it. does anyone know of any (non dairy) protein drink either premixed or dry that isn't revolting? it doesn't have to be vegan or vegetarian, just no dairy🤭

I use cupcake papers for these egg muffins. Makes clean up a little easier! They also don't fall apart in the container I store them in!

Instant oatmeal was my breakfast everyday when we were in school physically, but I use vanilla almond milk!!
