I bought an Anycubic Mega Zero recently, it's my first 3d printer. I'm told there is a 'magic number' for stepper motors that gives the best results for layer depth. What would the 'magic number' be for the Mega Zero?

I had problem with my power supply. This has certainly made my mainboard to fry. After it, I saw that the power suplpy was only outputting 10v. After adjusting it with the potentiometer, the voltage always goes down to 10v after some time of use. I just purchased a new power supply (12v 30A) and a new mainboard.
How to know if our power supply is not working properly and could it damage part of the mainboard if it does ?
I think Anycubic should source the power supply from another company, this simple problem effects a many users and does not give the printer a good name due to 3rd party vendor.

On my NEMA 17 motor its 55OHM and even motor wont strart as soon I connect to USB to laptop to control it stops by force and takes 12v 0.188amps. what do this means, is its damaged?
Do you have a video for removing the giant globs of hot glue placed on every motor connector? currently they arent testable on any of your i3 megas
