Join the decisive aerial battle of the 20th Century - The Battle of Britain. Zoom over the white cliffs as a Fighter pilot in the Spitfires and Hurricanes of the Royal Air Force, or pilot the black crossed Bf-109's and Bf-110's of the Luftwaffe and the Italian Fiat G-50 of the Regia Aeronautica. Accept the technical challenge of flying bombers or attack aircraft like the German Junkers 88, Heinkel and Stuka, the Italian Fiat BR-20, or the British Bristol Blenheim or Beaufighter. IL-2 STURMOVIK: CLIFFS OF DOVER: BLITZ EDITION is the completely revised re-release from 1C Games with graphics upgraded to DX 11, new aircraft, and new Flight and Damage models.

Those Blenheim aircraft ..no thanks ..they were obsolete before the war broke out...in the book bomber boys it tells the story of crews dumping their bombs in the North sea and then flying around for a few hours and then RTB..who can blame them...good show Taff ..Pip Pip.

Too bad you couldn't shoot down the Condor yourself. Going after it even with his engine in fire was a bit overkill though.
Well Taff that's two Spits you've lost to Jerry. Though I suppose it's not all your fault. How can you land a hit one the 110's if they've got bloody ghost-clip wings? We'll have to have our boys reverse engineer that…
To me, landscape in IL-2 CoD looks more realistic than in IL-2 GB. Hopefully Team Fusion releases the VR version soon.

Tell the Story about how the young woman fixed the Spitfire And The hurricane CARBURATION problems. Not To many people know that a young woman Engineer designed A washer to the fuel system to correct this Problem in 1940.

The end is also well not that great. At lest in my opinion, so I wouldn’t be sad at all if you take your liberty to change things in it here and there in it.

Looks like Flight Lead took a couple of 20mm to the right wing at 10:42, maybe that jammed his right aileron? Or he caught some shrapnel and passed out?
Please, just anyone knows, where I can get the static campaigns for Cliffs of Dover Blitz? I'm looking for Spitfire campaigns. Now I got the Steam version of Blitz, and there are only two small static Spitfire campaigns. Try to search on SAS and mission4today, but there are no campaigns for Blitz.

yes phantom trees, me110 at end, also why are pilots wearing service cap they never flew with such, only leather helmets, a spitfire Mk II in Mk I colours is very wrong, yet it has the early Mk I Flaps gauge , also colours VERY WRONG, that green is nothing like the darker olive green, looks more like Gunze Sanyo model paint they (GS) got wrong ruining many models now. and the mguns are weak and inaudible, then that electric blue aura on glazing even on the ground never seen that in real life at all looks stupid, and spoils the realism, pure fiction, why add that in when reality is not that. I have seen earlier videos where this sim looked real that glazing is now silly, yet this is the developed version it seems, what have they done to it, oh dear, come on lets see correct colours and ditch the head gear and that awful glazing blue. Apart from such fundamental errors very good !

I think everyone with common sense knows it wasn't how it was including taff so I wouldn't get to worked up about it. And anyway there wouldn't be much turbulence at that altitude
