Luke was in the first Tales of the World: RM, that means he HAS to be in this one and the second one because they don't cut anyone from the cast in this series. The main characters of the newest Tales mothership title are also always featured in the corresponding Radiant Mythology game(RM1/Tales of the Abyss, RM2/Tales of Vesperia and RM3/Tales of Graces) so Luke was guaranteed to be in the series from the get-go. In RM3 it was mostly Tales of Legendia and Tales of Vesperia characters added
I LUV the Radiant mythhology series because i can create myself and actually feel like I (the me in real life) is with my favorite characters and can make friends with them. BTW, if youre wondering what i changed, i just replaced Richter (I wouldnt trust him yet) and i replaced Richter with Luke. Im a TOtA fan,too.
They really need to make a 4th game with all the rest of the Tales characters from the future installments, the remaining missing characters from the older games(Mary, Johnny, Ras, Max, Regal, Hilda, Moses, Grune, Tilkis, Forest, Arria, Hermana, Karol, Repede, Ines, Beryl, Kunzite, Hubert, Richard and Malik) and the port exclusive characters(like Patty, Rody, and the Innocence and Hearts R exclusive characters).
Don't forget there's still need Claus from Tales of Phantasia, Pascal from Tales of Graces F, Chalcedony from Tales of Hearts R and the new characters from Tales of Xillia, Tales of Xillia 2 and Tales of Zestiria.
I'm waiting if they would make a fourth tales of the world this time with the characters from xillia and zestiria. I'd like to see teepo noming on some other tales character or atleast remember the cameo with stahn

I'm sorry, just... those animations were fairly lackluster. Also, a sidequest where you fight the Faceless figure that appears in different forms of Radiant Armor, except that on this round, there is an Unknown Mode where you fight that monster as it *USES THE SKILLS FAMILIAR IN THE JOBS YOU HAVE USED THE MOST.*
I agree though. Lloyd should have kept the true Falcon's crest. Holy Judgment wasn't really true to it's original. About the only one that was even close to the original was Raine's Sacred Shine.
it's a reference to the fact that Veigue's Japanese voice actor is the same man as Seigfried from Soul Caliber... the guy also voices Link from pretty much ALL the Zelda games that featured an adult link, and even Batsu from Rival Schools, Guy Shishioh in the Japanese version of ALL the GaoGaiGar series... should look him up... his name is Nobuyuki Hiyama.
Veigue also used the SCII Soulcalibur in Tales of Rebirth for PS2 and PSP for his Mystic Arte, having the same voice actor and power/Force of ice/crystal as Siegfried and his Soul Calibur.
My only problem I've ever had with tales games is the fact that when use a mystic arte it does an alright amount of un-blockable damage to a single unit and some enemies caught in-between whereas bosses either have a much larger radius or just hit everyone for almost if not deathly damage forcing you to be near if not max health during the entire fight, now I can live with that beating every tales game I have owned but damn that's harsh. XD
Namco developed both games, and likes to put cameos in all of their games, such as Tower of Druaga items appearing in Soulcalibur and Tales titles; Valkyrie's outfit used by Cassandra in SCII, Pac-Man in ToS and serves as Jade's belt buckle in TotA, Lloyd appearing in Soulcalibur Legends, etc; there's tons of cameos in their games, not just SC and Tales.

Regal could literally be the last character included at this point.
It is worth it anyway. I don't understand it either but it is fun as hell regardless. Seriously, how can you resist a game with the greatest compilation of Tales characters ever seen?(by a very large margin)

In RM1 games like Legendia only had ONE character representing them(main character)while Symphonia had 4 characters of 9 already, in RM2 there were multiple new titles added and still games like Legendia were underrepresented with only 2 characters(Chloe added) while Symphonia gained Zelos.

Well that PS2 game was Kingdom Hearts 2 Final mix+ and it wouldnt work on my English PS2. Im afraid it will happen with TotW RM3. Id import it otherwise.

i wish that when they used characters with the blast calibur games (destiny and graces for example) in crossover games that they would use some of the "better blast caliburs. like using gouma kaijinken for stahn, or expunging sword (Zankuujin Mujinshou) for asbel. i get irritated when they use the crappy looking mystic artes when they have epic incarnate ones there but remain unused in crossover games.
get another charger. Hell, a used psp is cheap these days(99 to 120 dollars cheap). but seriously this have 90+ Tales characters in it and only a few are garbage(like Chat). You have to get this game, it even has a sorcerer's ring with multiple uses(pressing far away switches, burning bushes etc).

The graphics on this are awesome, Razing Phoenix, Radiant Howl, Ancient Catastrophe and Blast Heart look pretty great.
