Super Ragi Dosa Recipe 2 cup Ragi grind it coarsely Soak dosa rice 1 cup , 3/4 cup ulundu, aval 2 table spoon, 1 table spoon Javarisi, venthayam 1/2 tea spoon over night and grind it After grinding add the ragi powder Dont make it watery like rava dosa keep it normal dosa batter it for 24 hrs without Salt After 24 hrs add salt and 1 tea spoon sugar and mix well After 20 min heat tawa perfectly Then try dosa it will come superbly.. Watery dosa take more oil and not full stomach..
Mam please share kelveragu recipies ..as you said they have more calcium and should be intake regularly ..it would be an awareness if you share more recipies.. 100 recipies of them is unbelievable..
