I love the Kuoe brand of watches. Just fear the 35mm will be too small for my wrist. Might pick up the OLD SMITH / 90-002 which does have a 38mm watch diameter. Currently sold out.

Damn I was just in Kyoto and saw a store, I'm sure they would've been even cheaper than purchasing online. I was so set on going Seiko, and I definitely got a watch I really like, but should've stepped in Kuoe.

Looks quite poor quality printing. Very ragged and in parts non-existent. Looks like it should cost less than they're charging.

Better than seiko? Not even close. This cost the same as an alpinist which is miles ahead of this. The history and value retention of seiko alone..

Same tired script. “X microbrand is better than Y big brand’.” This time it’s Seiko. The best (or perhaps) worst line is the comparison to a 30s Seikos. Why? Because they’re both Japanese cos? Duh!
