A simple and delicious potato salad recipe.

Ingredients:
Potatoes - 500 g (small)
olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Bake potatoes for 30 minutes at 200 °C.
Red onion - 1 pc.
Lemon juice - 1/3 lemon
Pickled cucumbers - 4 pcs. (small)
Sour cream - 1-2 tbsp.
Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.
Mustard - 1 tsp.
dill
Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
