Can I make relief art with putty powder

For relief work...if you are doing cone work then mix putty powder in glue....for mural you can mix some soaked newspaper+glue+ putty powder, kned it like clay and use it.

I like these since they aren't plastic, don't cost $1 a piece and you have as many varieties as you would like for your project!

Yes you surely can.
These succulent were my first ever...Later when I got better, I made some real size ones for a gift to my son's teachers....and one of them asked me how to care for them as she never had succulents before....she thought tbey were real, yeah they look so real than the plastic ones.

Normal chalk are not highly pigmented, they wont give you dark colors

Hi nice work and the plants look realistic. But one question? The plaster color used for shades will remain long last. In video u said we need to highlight when the clay is wet. However I have that doubt.

Yes it does last long, if you ccolor it on wet clay....usually the color called petal dust get used in this kind of flowers but its really expensive, so i found out this inexpensive option😊

Professionally petal dust gets used for it, they are expensive but i chose chalk pestals as a cheap option
You can simply use normal acrylic paints for highlighting but that wont look realistic
