Beyond this these states have to industrialize a lot with private capital and jobs to get to $4000+. Then productivity of the labor force including women’s participation has to increase massively to get to $10000+ PCI. Agricultural workforce has to decline a lot and rural to urban migration must happen rapidly as you can make $10000+ only in productive urban areas. Nope brother. GDP is all money run over the State (in simple terms). When you bifurcate the state it's expenses get doubled or even more. Ex now the same State has 2 CM & Multiple administrative point's, Multiple taxes etc, etc. So united ap can replace UP or karnataka (maybe) in the list. If you want to look into actual UAP compare with data during 2014 data. In simple terms you can't just combine two states Data to consider them as one single State. If they were one you will lose 10 to 20 % of its estimation(which is common).
