    It is a fact that Indian professionals are ruling the roost in terms of their extensive presence in the global corporate constellation. They must be doing something right which is making them preferred choice for hiring in big corporate conglomerates across the world. What are the attributes that make Indians stand apart from the crowd? Why are they preferred as CEO's to lead global tech companies? What are the reasons which refine an Indian professional? All these questions have been answered in today's video. It is an eye opener for all of us as well. Remember, when it comes to learning, do not be divisive and carry any sort of hate or prejudice towards anyone. We can learn from anyone, no matter whoever they are. Please watch this video carefully and imbibe what has been told to you.

      I am Indian and i want to add one more that is competition. I am stuady for neet and there is a 15 to 20 lakh students are giving thus exams for medical stuady only 1 to 5 thausand are goverment selected for becoming doctor and only 1000 thousand for mbbs goverment seet if you vet mbbs seat from goverment it will cost around 1 crore. If you select by goverment that cost only 10 to 15 thausand thats why many students going to abroad for medical stuady. But there also have other exams for students for licensed to practice in india. In this exams only 10 to 20 percent are passed. Thats why we give all efforts to grap the goverment seat. Points me number count hute bhai. 0.1 Ke different se hazaro seat chali jati pray for me to get goverment mbbs seat lits of love from india in. In sha ALLAH i will passed this year thats my 3rd attempt.

      Excellent analysis but as an Indian, I would like to put forth a few more points:
      1. Adaptability: Indians come from a multicultural society. This enhances adaptability.
      2. Competitiveness and Pressure handling: Indian system of education is ultra competitive. Its easy to get into MIT than into IITs. This also helps Indians to handle high pressure and to cope up with negative circumstances.
      3. Middle classes attitude towards education
      4. Focus on digital and digitized education from early childhood.
      5. Social values : Educated people are always considered as heroes in the society.
      6. Pursuance of life long education: Even very successful job holders in America or elsewhere are seen to pursue education to update themselves. This comes from the social values of the Indians, especially from the Hindu communities.

    Indians keep the religion to themselves. Indians also are good at keeping their bosses happy by going out of the way. It is not just talent or hard work but a temperament which is to make people happy. My grandmother and my parents always told me that the Hindus were great at business. Hindus and Indians never mix religion with work
    I ran a team with 3 Indians 1 Pakistani and 1 British developer. The Indians and the English guy were super professionals. The Pakistani tended to read Islamic texts a lot during work and used to routinely disappear - which i learnt later that he used to do prayers in the fire escape 3 times a day. This used to become super awkward since we are supposed to be sensitive but it also meant he came late to many meetings..automatically giving an impression he was not professional.

    1-Close Family
    2-Belief in Dharma (Duty) and Karma (Action)
    3- Vegetarianism- Helps increase focus, decreases animalistic behaviour- anger,frustration,sexual desires
    4-The belief that the world is our family. All paths lead to truth.

    The main 3 reasons:
    1. We have our priorities right, a middle class Indian family is super focused on education, more so among the South Indians. But overall, the focus on education is super sharp.
    2. We are not too involved in factors like religion, politics, movies (though all these are a part of our lives), but for us it is more important to grow personally.
    3. Hardworking and Jugadoos. Also, our English is quite strong, we believe learning English to grow is critical, and it is ingrained in to our heads by our parents and society in general.

    The credit for the success of Indian middle class goes to our parents. Once they have kids they work extremely hard and with single minded determination to give their children good education so that the children shine in their lives and their happiness lies in their success. They sacrifice so much for their children. That can be seen in lower middle class families too and that’s why an auto driver’s daughter becomes CA topper..a labour’s son clears UPSC or NEET and every year we come across such inspirational journeys..cheers to our parents for every sacrifice they make for us 🙏🙏

They choose humanity 1st...no fight on religion.... Every citizen of India wants to make proud their country.... Yes... Tbh... Some are exceptions... Who fight on religion... They are just shits... Indians immigrate to the West for better opportunities for their talents, which is very difficult to come by in India, thanks to extreme competition among millions (where even 0.1% difference in score means you don’t make the cut for a seat), affirmative action (reservation) and expensive paid “management” seats. It is brutal, which can break the back of even the most hardworking student. After going through that trial by fire, we are much easily able to compete in the West where equal opportunities are abundant and there is an indisputable hunger to succeed. The flip side, of course, is the brain drain. But you can’t blame anyone for trying to build a better life for themselves and their families.

      And about "better opportunities for their talents" - There are Kids who got 100K USD with in India because of their Talent.
      You study about how a country goes from Poor -> Developing -> Developed, Definitely not by its Work Force working in a Closed System.
      'Brain Drain' is overrated, check the latest stats about Entrepreneurship in India and the number of Unicorns. We were 200 years behind the modern world, then 100 and now 50. Things will take a course over a long time and we need to understand this macro scenario.

      I call it a Muslim mindset, that is to quarrel among each other. Look at any muslim majority country like Libya, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Syria etc. Infighting is prevalent. Not much in the oil rich arab world since they are ruled by dictactors. Another big mindset holding back muslims is about the afterlife being real. Therefore they don't work hard in the present life.

    • @ShyamKumar-zb2mw
      @ShyamKumar-zb2mw ปีที่แล้ว

      @hira aman - unfortunately - when I see the history of Islam - I do not see the aspect of collaboration and consensus. They started fighting from the time of death of Prophet. So - there is no tradition of working collaboratively. And also Islam seems more like a warring religion - than a religion promoting critical thinking and a diversity of thought and approach.

    • @Hira_Aman
      @Hira_Aman ปีที่แล้ว

      Islam as a religion completely stresses on inter-faith harmony. The only thing which seems warring to u, is it teaches to stand up for the right/ truth. And struggle in this cause. Which I think is a very important component of all nations today, who have achieved success, they stood up against the injustice, and wrongdoings.

    • @ShyamKumar-zb2mw
      @ShyamKumar-zb2mw ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@Hira_Aman - Sorry - while I had no desire to turn this interchange about religion - your writings kinda compel me. Now, aren't there are verses in the Koran that advocates miserable treatment for "kafirs" (non-believers)? Also - Islam advocates death for those who choose to un-follow the religion, does is not? That seems, more like a cult than a religion. Doesn't it also advocate punitive taxes on non-believers (Jazia?)?? So - your claim of interfaith harmony does not seem credible - it seems more like a sanctioned way of active discrimination and bad treatment/behavior of non-believers. What kind of religion is that? Also - don't you think that is a highly patriachal religion - where women are treated as property? And finally - it seems that there is no way that changes can be made to the religion and its meaning - that makes its followers either rigid or imperfect followers, does it not?

      @@Hira_Aman b@ll$ it stresses on interfaith harmony. It stresses on converting your wife from another faith to Islam before getting married. Shame on such regressive preconditions. Burn all the Qurans and the world will be at peace.
