Thumbs Up 👍 and shared out.❤ If I was adopted, I’d not let it define me. No family is perfect.

This guy is unfortunately doing a lot worse. He was just in the Ballard McDonald’s yesterday digging food out of the trash and screaming and rushing the employees threateningly, shouting he owned the place and hitting himself on the head. He definitely was not in his right mind. Poor guy. Hopefully he finds a way out of it.

Drugs eventually take a toll. Even moderate drug use will eventually result in anti-social behavior. Being homeless will eventually wear out the most resourceful.

I suspect that he started using the more toxic street drugs.

I find Mark understands the outrageous waste for funds that are donated to charities . I am homeless in a rural area and never benefit from those charities. I don't ask for money and pay to camp where I stay. It costs me more of my income to live without power, water than I ever paid when I had a roof over my head. Unlike Mark I don't feel free. Freedom is for those who live above the poverty line. I don't didn't choose this life style and to receive benefits of any kind your are told what you can own and with more rules than most people have to follow . It would be easier to except the rules and limits if it was enough to live within 4 walls. It was for me until 5 years ago. I can't afford to rent a room or be approved to do so. I wouldn't have 3x the rent that is the standard requirement to have an application excepted. It used to be references . I understand where Mark is coming from and believe him about the police too. I would trust him before a police officer on any given day. Take Care Mark .

The Supreme Court ruled cities can remove encampments with little to no notice.

Do you think the rest of us deserve unobstructed sidewalks, parks free of tents and garbage, and safety from some of the people who use drugs in those encampments? I do. A lot of people do.

@@larryj1048 This is the cost of doing business here in the US. If you don't like it, change it. Whining about your sidewalk in the face of people dying in epidemic proportions definitely shows everyone just how american we all can be.
